There are 4 bathrooms (2 with bathtubs and 2 with showers). Each side of the town home is a complete 4 bedroom and two bathroom unit with kitchen, living room and deck. Also note that each side has two futons in the living room(s) that could sleep additional people - we do not count these in the total number that the unit can sleep.
