Beachbreaks Studio<br>Marion Bay.

Once the showroom for "Bream Creek Furniture" now converted into a self contained living space the Studio is adjacent to our living space. It is a 300 metre walk down the track to the newly opened and amazing OIRTHIR Restaurant.
The Bream Creek Wine cellar door is not to be missed either if you are in the area. ! It is 300 metres up the track to their cellar door.
All with dramatic views over the Tasman Sea to Maria Island and Hellfire Bluff just 25 Minutes from Hobart airport and close to Marion Bay beach.
Location.
Half way down the hill overlooking Marion Bay.
Come through the gate. Proceed a few metres. More or less straight ahead you will see the Studio car parking space. (See photo on listing)

Natural beauty. Country on the coast. Convenient check time for your lunchtime walk to OIRTHIR and the Bream Creek Wine cellar door outlet.
Apart from the fine dining experience and some of Tassie’s best wines at your doorstep there are a choice of culinary establishments close by, all serving our local produce for you to enjoy.
Try Bangor or the Cannery, there's fish ‘n chips from the Fish Market, go the Blue Lagoon oysters fresh from the bay. Grab a coffee at Lanterns in Dunalley. Enjoy the fare at Phoenix Farm.
First Sunday of the month is Bream Creek farmers Market where you will find local wines, local cheeses, pastries and more…..

We arrived a little early but were warmly welcomed by Stephanie who admitted to purchasing more adequate wine classes as she had determined that we were on a fine wining/dining holiday celebrating our Golden Wedding anniversary, a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and an overall cozy feeling felt No T.V. but not missed whilst the Wifi dropping out was a definite issue for us not being modern technology types. No hair shampoo/conditioner a wee disappointing but the negatives minor. The proximity to Bream Creek Winery, Oirthir and Blue Lagoon Oysters definitely made our stay an enjoyable one.

Cozy studio with a fabulous view.

The studio is located in a very picturesque location. A good base for exploring a lovely region. The studio is well stocked with some breakfast provisions such as cereals, bread and spreads. We chose to eat lunch out and cooked dinner there. Nearby there are some great lunch options such as Bangor and The Cannery. It is also very close to Bream Creek winery. Down the road is the beautiful Marion Bay beach. Will recommend to friends and family.

Perfect spot

This property was perfectly located for what we needed. Walking distance to both Van Bone and Bream Creek Cellar door. Well resourced kitchen and lots of reading material. Lovely views too.

Van Bone for lunch..

Stayed at Beach Breaks "cabin" to have Sunday lunch at Van Bone (an amazing experience!) Lovely dwelling, perfect location, beautiful scenery, great set-up, very cosy and comfy! No TV which was a bonus.

Fabulous Studio in Bream Creek

Beach Breaks is a great place to stay in Bream Creek. The studio has everything you need for a delightful stay as well as a spectacular view, wonderful art work and books and a stroll to Van Bone restaurant. The beach and a great winery are extremely close by. David and Stephanie were terrific hosts. Highly recommended.

Birthday Weekend Away

The ideal studio accommodation for a weekend of wine, food and much needed rest and relaxation. We especially loved the art, books, deck and garden. Enjoyed reading with a cuppa in the sun on the deck whilst listening to the birds (visited by a couple of beautiful wrens). Perfect walking distance from both Van Bone and Bream Creek Vineyard. The breakfast options supplied were also much appreciated xx

Doesn’t get any better..

Nestled between Van Bone and Bream Creak vineyard cellar door..with spectacular views of Maria island.. the location is amazing! Dave and Stephanie very easygoing and generous hosts.. a great unit in Stephanie’s lovely garden.. We will be back! Trevor and Robin.

Weekend getaway

Feel it should have mentioned there was no TV. We are Tasmanians so already know about the area but for mainland visitors it would have been helpful to have some information on things to do in the area.

Marion Bay Beauty

A beautiful little studio cottage, clean, compact, ideal for a weekend getaway. Distant sea views to Maria Island - sit on the small balcony with a glass of wine and stare at the view, hear the birds in nearby trees, and relax. The hosts left enough provisions for breakfast - good coffee, cereals, fresh milk and butter, bread … enough to start the day. The small kitchenette has a hob and microwave, and there’s a bbq outside. Enough options if you’re eating in in the evening. Marion Bay beach is five minutes drive and one of the best beaches I’ve been to. Port Arthur an easy 40 minute drive, with other stuff to do on the way. But with Van Bone, one of Australia’s best restaurants, an easy walk next door, and Bream Creek Winery next door on the other side, why would you really want to drive anywhere? A great place.

Great Views!

David was good to communicate with. The balcony and views spot on, with great views. The studio is very private. It is a 2minute walk to Van Bone and Bream Creek wines.

Beautiful setting

My partner and I had a lovely weekend away staying at Beach Breaks. The place was beautiful with amazing views over Marion bay and loads of lovely spots to sit and enjoy the sunshine in the garden. Easy walk to Bream Creek winery and Van Bone which are both amazing. Dave was very responsive and helpful, the fridge and pantry were stocked with essentials and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. A lovely place!

Fabulous stay

We had a fabulous 2 night stay here whilst exploring the beautiful area and enjoying a feast at Vanbone ( easy walk to). The studio is so very comfy with everything you could need for a short stay. Very much appreciated small provisions provided in the fridge on arrival. Hosts great and we will definitely stay again.

Everyone in the area has great views over the bay. As does Beachbreaks and includes indicators for all compass points from Hellfire to the narrows (if one’s attention is drawn to the ocean.) If not then the garden will delight you as it does for the birds.
