This fantastic two level Executive Beach House with Spa Bath and private balcony, is situated right on the beach at Moana Beach.
No roads to cross.

The Beach house has 3 Large Bedrooms with an added Private Family Room which has a large double Sofa bed.

Absolute Beachfront Getaway is a fully self contained Holiday House, with 8 Seater Lounge, 2 x Smart TV's, Dishwasher, Air Fryer, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Spa Bath, Washing Machine, Dryer, 4 Burner BBQ, an Outdoor Setting for 8 people w/ Umbrella, & outside shower for your convenience.

Sit outside on the veranda and enjoy the sea views & beautiful sunsets.

It is a comfortable 35min drive on the Southern expressway from the CBD of Adelaide.

We are Absolute Beachfront (no roads to cross) with one of the best beaches in Australia, right on our doorstep & with the best sea views, and sunsets.

For your convenience a two min drive will take you to the Seaford Shopping centre where you will find Big W, Woolworths & Foodland Supermarkets, Fashion stores, Shoe shops, Cafes, Restaurants, & Food Shops. So close to everything.

But most importantly, walk out of your Beach House and straight on to the doesn't get better than this.

For your stay we have supplied 1 x Beach umbrella, 4 x Folding Beach Chairs, 2 x Small Beach Chairs,

Local Attractions

Swimming at Moana Beach, fishing, boating, surfing, cycling,
Paved walking tracks along the coast, and surrounded by great boutique wineries, great restaurants, cafes and food shops.

Amazing Beach holiday

We stayed for a week on the beach and loved it. The proximity to the vineyards in the McLaren was also a huge bonus. Lots of space to relax in and couldn't get enough of how close it was too the beach.

Wedding stay over

Great location overlooking the beach very clean with lots of room. Host was very amicable meeting our needs. The neighbours are very friendly and gave advice were needed. If I was to come back to this area I would book well in advance to enable to stay again.

Great location. Beautiful ocean views.

Lovely property. Perfect location-proximity to beach and great cafe. Beautiful comfortable, large couch in the living room. Loved having linen and towels included but there was no 'pantry'.

Beautiful home, you can feel the love. Stunningly gorgeous views, day and night. I will definitely be booking again. Ross (Property Manager) is delightful to deal with. If you want your sanity restored from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, look no further!

Perfect!

Exceeded all expectations Communication was excellent. The views are stunning and was perfect spot for the kids to experience the beach. The house was so well equipped you dont want for anything. We are just sad it wasnt available for our return trip next week. Highly recommend!

disappointed

The house was well presented right next to the beach and close to a nice restaurant. Unfortunately we had to wait almost an hour in front of the house before the owner rang us back with the code to get in after I contacted stayz.com There was also a long list we received of cleaning requirements that would atract extra cost if not complied with. However both the bathroom and the kitchen were not clean. The kitchen especially was sticky and hasn't been updated in years. We had to clean all the utensils and pots and pans and surfaces before use. Also the BBQs (two of them) were unusable due to them being rusted through. The living room and bedrooms however were clean and comfortable.

Good location

The house was in a great location right on the beach but the property was a little tired and not as clean and as in good order as it should have been. Sadly their had been exterior work done and plastic had been left on 2 of the windows and the wind made it flap loudly in the wind and would not allow one of the shutters to open so the entire stay in that bedroom was in darkness and stuffy! The property had not been freshly cleaned before we arrived and was very dusty. The kitchen was old and the stove/oven was not that clean. Linen and towels were tired and not many products for bathroom use and no environmental awareness. Carpet in a beach house with sand on the door step is difficult to manage. It could be a great place but would need more attention to detail. We paid a lot of money for 6 days for this property but the location sells it.

Hi Joy Thanks for your review. The whole property has just been painted with the roof to be completed next week. The grass alongside the property was laid last week and has improved the property and surrounds. Sorry about the roller shutter as this just stopped working and we have booked to repair this shutter, and was out of our control. The property was cleaned and sanitised on the Friday ready for your arrival, and yes the kitchen is old but all functional. Did you enjoy making fresh coffee from the new Nespresso Coffee Machine..Great Coffee... Yes we are Absolute Beachfront at Moana and sometimes the wind blows sand everywhere around the property due to wind & weather conditions. It's a Beach-house..... Im a little disappointed in your cleaning reference and tired linen remarks as we take pride in our Beach house and always try and offer comfortable and affordable accommodation. We are always happy for constructive feedback so we can improve the service that we provide. The price charged for your stay is well below the area level for a Beachfront property of this style for the 6 people staying. Location fantastic

Hi could not fault location but the interior was a let down kitchen very average fridge was not on and cold for our arrival. Toaster was greasy and not clean. And the mat in the bathroom definitely should be put to rest.. beds and lounge room were comfortable . Thank You

Hi Paulette Thanks for the review of our Moana Beach property. I am a little confused with the let down comment. We have a beautiful Absolute Beachfront property for you to enjoy "Absolute Beachfront" with a Comfortable new Lounge area with 55'' Smart Tv, we hope you enjoyed the Free Wifi at the property. Regarding the fridge we turn it of to save a little more of the environment, which all of our other great guests have appreciated. More disappointing was that our clear instructions for your departure were not followed. The front security screen was unlocked, the table setting was left outside, the rubbish was left in the property and bins not emptied, most of the roller shutters were left open, the kitchen was left dirty, the bath tub was full of sand. I hope other property owners don't read this as they might not rent to you. Im sorry that the kitchen was in your taste average. Our kitchen may not be the newest but it has everything you should need for a Beach house. Did you enjoy a coffee from our New Nescafe Espresso Coffee machine, with the free coffee Pods, and we hope you enjoyed the complimentary breakfast cereals and Milk for your morning Start. Just a few added extras at no extra cost. We hope you can stay with us again soon and really enjoy the Absolute Beachfront Property again with its great beach & fantastic Sunsets. All Comments left by clients are always taken seriously and will be actioned. PS: I will through away the Bath mat at your request and buy an new one.

Hi Kathy Thanks for leaving this review..Just wondering what was so disappointing with the kitchen. Yes it's not a new kitchen but one that functions well. Did you enjoy the coffee from the new Nescafe Pod coffee machine..great Espresso!!! Wifi was not advertised for this property but we are looking at suppling it for this property soon. On a security matter we were disappointed that you left the key box opened with the code visible to the public as our instructions were very clear, You obviously couldn't find the vacuum cleaners as no attempt to vacuum, again all instructions were in your welcome email. Thanks for moving all the beds and furniture and not putting them back as you found them. So Im disappointed that all of our cleaning & departure requests were not followed. It might pay for any future rentals if you follow departure & cleaning requirements for that property so you don't miss anything. We are happy with honest feedback thank you and also glad that you enjoyed your walks on the beach.

Fabulous spot on the beach

The house was great. Lovely home. The huge 4 storey apartment block being built right next door was a disappointment. About 3 metres from kitchen window. Unable to use BBQ as absolutely no sun in back yard and looking up to scaffolding. Had to have heat pump on alot as house very cold due to no sun. Sorry to the owner of the house but we wouldnt of booked it if we had known. Builders put down tools by 4pm but 7am started. Kids bunk beds very very mobile and squeaky that we had to put mattress on floor. Ignoring all that Moana is gorgeous and the cafe yummy.

location is amazing

This is a must stay if you need to relax and pop out for a meal that is in walking distance to the property. Very convenient for all shops and beach walking etc. I would definitely go back again. Marie

Enjoyable holiday

Excellent location, very spacious property. Some of the fixtures are a little worn, but furniture is generally in very good condition. Very comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Beach getaway

House was well presented. Fridge was turned off and had to move it to turn it on. Gas stove/oven did not light automatically. And the gas lighter at the property was also out of gas. Not enough toilet paper. 2 rolls for 4 people for 4 days. Bed in master was way too soft. Heating was good.
