Wow! Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our time at Babis’s lovely home in Milos. The hospitality couldn’t have been better—he was warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We loved being able to swim right from the front, and the living space was so comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our trip was shortened due to the weather prior to arriving, but we can’t wait to come back and spend more time exploring this beautiful island and would absolutely stay at the villa again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location, while the host, Babis, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was seamless. We were home away from home. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional experience in Pollonia, Milos, Greece.

We had an absolutely wonderful say. Everything about the experience was great - from the location and service to the hospitality, cleanliness, and overall set up. The views from the outdoor porch were unbeatable from morning to night. Plenty of options for restaurants in the area and a lovely local beach. The host was fantastic and truly went out of his way to make us feel welcome and give up recommendations on the island. We highly recommend staying here if you want a smooth, comfortable, local and genuinely welcoming experience in Milos. We hope to visit again!

What a vacation, Babis was the most welcoming host with such wonderful facilities. The location was superb. Well sized apartment for a family of 4, immaculate condition. The best part was the views from the balcony and the direct access to the water. He was an extremely welcoming host having stocked the fridge for us, and giving us a quick guide of what to see in Milos. Only a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and centre of town. We will definitely be back, for a longer stay next time. Thank you Babis.

Honestly, this was the best place we've ever stayed. We arrived very late in the evening, but Babis was there to greet us. The place was stocked with soooooo many goodies, including wine, eggs, milk, coffee, cookies and more!! The inside layout is ideal, and very comfortable, and immaculately clean. The outside patio was huge, with a table and 6 chairs in one part, and lounging chairs and couch in the second part, and included a huge Shade Umbrella. The view of the bay is breathtaking.You literally walk down some stairs to the lower patio, and then a few more stairs into the ocean - absolute heaven. Communication with Babis was Excellent, could not have been better. Nothing could be done to improve this place, Babis has set it up so that you have everything you need, in a beautiful home, in an ideal location. We walked into town most nights, to dine at the fantastic restaurants or feast on sweets at the bakeries. If you get a chance to stay at this place, jump at it.............

The Best of Milos….

A wonderful place to stay on Milos. Incredible views from your terrace overlooking Pollonia. Protected from the wind which is great as it can get very windy. Would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful property and host

Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Babis at his lovely home. It was just as advertised, with beautiful views of the water and within walking distance of many restaurants, markets, etc. Babis was a wonderful host that gave us great recommendations not just for his lovely island of Milos, but for our subsequent trips to Naxos and Santorini. One of our favorite VRBOs and hope to return again soon.

Amazing villa and location!

We loved our stay at this villa in Milos. Babis was a great host and the location is unbeatable - a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in Pollonia, and the beach. As a family of four, having two bathrooms was great, and the wash machine was so convenient. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Milos.

Making Milos Memorable

We came with family to visit the island and found our home away from home to be an ideal location. The property was a great size for our group and fully appointed inside and out. The owner thought of everything to make sure our stay was easy and enjoyable. Communication was excellent.

I’m afraid if I leave too good of a review the secret will be out. This is a hidden gem. I’m convinced Pollonia is the most picturesque beach town in Milos and this must be the most beautiful stay in Pollonia. It’s right on the water. You can sit out on the patio and watch all the activities in the bay. The people, the boats, the quaint restaurants. Babis is the most amazing host. He stocked the refrigerator, sat us down and helped us plan our stay, and gave us maps, hand drawings, restaurant recommendations for the entire island and books of Milos. This is the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. I hope I get the opportunity to return again in the future.

Incredible place to stay!!

I can not recommend this place enough. It’s truly spectacular with stunning sea views and modern, clean interiors and the owners are the best hosts! They stocked the fridge with the basics to get us through,which I’ve never witnessed in my years of using VRBO rentals. We loved it so much and will be back!! They also gave us great recommendations for the island, which helped curate the perfect visit!

The kindness of the host is extraordinary! Everything was amazing from the time we drove up until we departed. The house is beyond clean and comfortable. The views and location are out of the world! Stunning waterfront home - best Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in!

Our stay at Babis’s waterfront home was the highlight of our 2-week Greece trip! The location was amazing, and Babis’s kindness, attention to detail, and incredible hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable. Jumping into the sea directly from the house was absolute heaven and the view from the patio absolutely breathtaking! Babis went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place and are already dreaming of our return! Thank you, Babis, for sharing your beautiful home with us and making our stay so special.

Great Place and Excellent Location

The place was excellent, and location to town was great! Host met us there when we arrived, fridge was stocked with food staples which was really nice for when we first arrived. Parking was always available in front. The best part was the view of the bay from the patio for morning coffee or a drink in the evening! Not to mention being able to swim right down from the patio. Quick walk to the restaurants in town, was perfect for our family of 4. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous

We loved our stay at Babis and Maria’s property. The apartment lived up to all our expectations. The location is amazing, directly on the water with a view of the bay. We swam out in front. Compared to other places we’ve stayed the facilities are luxurious and roomy. The hosts are extremely generous. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful villa with spectacular view

The villa is well located, an easy walk to the charming harbour of Pollonia. The view is breathtaking. Everything was perfect. A great location to explore the stunning island of Milos. Babis is a friendly, helpful and most hospitable host. We will definitely return again and stay at 8 Beaufort. Thanks Babis for a most enjoyable stay in Milos.

Amazing Milos Stay

We loved our stay in Pollonia. The house is in the most stunning location and the photos do not do it justice. Perfect balance of quiet and peaceful while still being walking distance from town. Not only was the house great and very comfortable, Babis took amazing care of us. He stocked the house with groceries, gave us recommendations, and was very communicative. Do not miss out on this amazing experience!

What a paradise! Our host greeted us like family, provided us with generous provisions, and spent time describing the different beaches to us at our request. We were 2 couples, and felt we had just the right amount of privacy and common space. The apartment was spotless, homey and contemporary, super comfortable, with a view from the terrace to die for. You can even swim from the front shore. On top of being charming and beautiful, Pollonia is a foodie haven. What more can you ask for!

The property was completely perfect! Babis was a perfect host - he loaded the fridge with breakfast items, snacks, juices, and waters, and also showed us a map with detailed restaurant descriptions and fun beaches.The bedrooms were comfortable and the apartment is exactly as pictured. Town was an easy 10 minute walk and popular beaches were about 10-25 minutes away by car (if staying on the North side of the island.) While quiet and peaceful during the day, at night the restaurants were boisterous. A great spot for those that would like a blend of a relaxing beach vacation but also enjoys an active nightlife scene.

Exceeded our Expectations!!

Babis’s home is beautiful, spotless, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was perfect for our stay in Milos. The terrace is lovely and so relaxing. The groceries were an unexpected surprise! Thank you, Babis, for being so hospitable. I wish I could give 10 stars!!

Absolutely incredible

Stay here ! This is one of the best home rentals I’ve stayed at ever. The house and view were excellent. The shower was amazing. It’s super close to town and very walkable. And the host Babis was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. Absolutely zero complaints. So many pros. Book this place. You will not regret it.

Spectacular property overlooking the harbor of Pollonia and short 5-10 min walk to the town and sandy, cove beach. The property owner, Babis, is like having your own personal concierge for the island of Milos! All of his recommendations for our family of 5 (which includes 3 teenagers) were all spot on! Babis’s knowledge of points of interest, beaches, and restaurants across the island was incredible…and he was so generous with his time in answering our questions about what to see and do. The home was spotless and easily accommodated our family with two separate bedrooms and a comfortable single bed set privately in the living room. The outdoor space is huge with comfortable patio set and dining area overlooking the water. I would recommend a rental car to fully explore the island. The property has street parking right in front of the house, so that was never a problem. Highly, highly recommend this property for your next stay!! We hope to be back in the future and enjoy the company of Babis.

Amazing place

This place was everything we wanted and more. It was very clean and an amazing view. The outside seating area right on the water was perfect for our stay at home dinner night. Babis provided personalized recommendations for our short stay and was very helpful in picking restaurants and the best beaches to visit. Also, he left many ingredients to make breakfast and a bottle of wine. Additionally, they provided separate bath and beach towels and even 2 beach bags for us to use during our stay. Overall, I definitely recommend and would love to stay here again next time we visit!
