Please note that there are 2 separate 3 bedroom units at this property. This listing is for Unit 2 (the upstairs unit). The units each have their own outdoor BBQ are and the entrances are on opposite sides of the building.

The 2 double bedrooms have large mirrored built-in wardrobes and are very open and breezy and there is a 3rd bedroom with single bed.

The dining/lounge area is very large, bright and airy. It has a 42 inch TV with Netflix and a ceiling fan and airconditioner/heater.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery and cutlery.

Outside (downstairs) you have your own BBQ and table setting for 6.

You get a carport parking space plus there is plenty of free car parking space on the street.

NOTE - There is a small timber balcony accessable from the lounge room which currently can't be used due to some broken decking panels which will be replaced soon.
