Holiday House with real Holiday Charme in Smiths Beach

This property is in one of the best locations at Smiths Beach. It is walking distance to both the general store and Smiths Beach. The beach is both suitable for children or the serious surfer and is patrolled from late December to Easter.

The house has a large balcony which has a nice view including a glimpse of the ocean. The 3 bedroom house (incl. a large games rumpus room) sleeps 6-8 people with 2 queen sized beds, two sets of bunks in the rumpus room, and 1 couch. The Living Area has a Smart TV where you can log on to your Streaming Services. The rumpus room has a TV and a DVD player.

Free Wifi is available.

Access to the House is provided with an electronic key lock so that guests don't have to worry about carrying keys around when going to the beach or exploring the
Island.
There is a large, fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry with washing machine, large outdoor deck, BBQ & outdoor setting. Harry's house has split system cooling/heating units in the living area and in all bedrooms (including rumpus). The grounds provide ample room for cars & a boat.

The house at this fantastic location is ideal for a family holiday. Enjoy sitting back from the lounge or on the large deck area, watching the magnificent views, whilst the kids enjoy themselves playing table tennis or table fussball in the rumpus room, basketball on the sheltered court in the front yard, or a game of soccer in the backyard.

Smiths Beach is close to the Grand Prix Circuit (incl. Go-Karts), Penguin Parade, Nobbies, Winery, Golf Club, Cape Woolamai Surf Beach, Wild life parks, Koala park, boat launches & all the other attractions the Island has to offer.

The house is available for weekends or weekly all year round.

Stays from 2-3 nights onwards can be arranged. In busy holiday periods 3-4 nights will be a minimum.
