Our recentely remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo offers an expansive north-facing patio wich is often shaded, making it more enjoyable to relax with the view of the wide canal, where you can sometimes see dolphins and manatees.
This downstairs unit has tile floors throughout the main living area and new carpet in both bedrooms. The bathroom features a step-in shower. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and the second bedroom a bunk with a full size bed below and a twin on top.
This condo is within a beautiful landscaped 24 hour gated community in the south Waterside complex. The condo sits directly on the wide canal. The ground floor unit means no stairs to deal with when dragging in your luggage or groceries.
We are happy to accommodate you for anything from a short term holiday to a full seasonal rental.
The condo is fully furnished and you need only bring your bathing suit and sun lotion. All linens, kitchen equipment, etc. is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes full size dishwasher, large microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator and electric stove. Coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso Coffee Maker, etc. is also included. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and good closet and dresser storage for your clothes.
Entertainment equipment includes basic cable for the 43” Sony LED TV Ultra HD. WiFi is available at the condo and also at the Yacht Club.
The back patio sits directly on a canal with no boats blocking your view. A 4-Burner Propane Gas Grill and 7 piece patio dining set are provided. Catch your fish and cook it on the grill without leaving your patio.
Complex facilities include 2 pools, 24 hour gym, Laundromat and a fully licensed yacht club where you can enjoy the game on one of the large screen TVs over a beer or soda or sit outside and enjoy the view of Tampa Bay and look for dolphins or manatees. Some nights the Yacht Club staff will off light meals like Taco Tuesday or Chili night.
The two pools are both resort type pools, with one adjacent to the yacht club and sits directly on Tampa Bay, and the other next to the gym and over looks the lake. The bayside pool includes a hot tub spa, ice machine and a pier from which you can fish. The second pool includes gym facilities, Laundromat, sauna and shower/ changing area. There are 2 lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, shuffle board, horseshoes, corn hole, golf driving range (pitching and putting) gym and sand volleyball court.
The Business Center on site is in the condo administrative areas and can print or fax documents for. .
Waterside South is a fully fenced complex with 24 hour security at the gates and has 88 acres of landscaped grounds to insure your privacy.
