Your space in the wine country is a 400 sq. ft studio apartment above a separate garage in very rural Eugene. Some have likened it to an Italian Villa. Private staired outside entrance, 1 queen bedroom, 1 queen sofa bed in living area, full size refrig "box" stove & oven, 1 bathrm. There is a small woodstove for extra heat in the winter, wood provided for you. Views of the valley from private south facing deck. Bistro table for outside dining and 4 comfy chairs for relaxing. Quiet, dark star-filled skies in virtual quiet.
The living space is one large room with kitchen, dining and relaxation area, also where the sofa bed is located. There is a separate bedroom where the bathroom is located. Large closet space as well.
Water is from our well and is very tasty. Fresh eggs available from our organic chickens in the late Spring and Summer.
Just 1.5 miles down the road are two wineries - Silvan Ridge & Sweet Cheeks. A few miles further is the acclaimed King Estates. It's about a 20 minute drive to almost anywhere in Eugene. We can arrange and recommend dining locations for you.
