Our beach house offers a warm, lived-in vibe that invites you to settle in and make it your own.
Gather in the inviting living areas, where large windows provide breathtaking water views. The open-plan layout allows for easy connection, whether you're preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen or relaxing in the comfortable sitting areas.
Step outside to find your own outdoor oasis. The spacious outdoor decks are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while soaking in panoramic views of the shimmering ocean, or for evening barbecues after a day spent soaking up the sun on the beach. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the infinity pool or relax in the hot tub as you unwind in your private Villa.

We are the owners and managers, of the property. We live at the same location, we are dedicated to making your visit as pleasant as possible. We are available to assist with any questions or recommendations, providing you with valuable local insights so you can truly live like a local and make the most of your time on Australiaā€™s Northern Beaches.

Due to the extensive preparations necessary for your visit, we require a minimum booking of 7 nights, and 14 nights during the Christmas and New Year period.

We offer early check-in and late check-out options to accommodate your travel schedule. Great vacation rental for a family of 10! We were in town for a family wedding and it was exactly what we were looking for.ā€¦plenty of room, fully stocked, amazing views, nice location, pool, hot tub, etc. Perfect beach house!

What A Place

Holiday getaway

We had a wonderful time at the property owned by Mr. and Mrs. Roberts. The home was spacious and had a gorgeous view overlooking the ocean. It was located near several attractions and features of the locality, including shopping, restaurants and beaches. My wife and I and our three children enjoyed our 12 days on the property and found it to be entertaining, spacious and relaxing. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get away to an Australian adventure.

Amazing Host - stunning house and location

A Home away from Home with an incredible view in the best location. Jeeves was a beautiful host who was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond in making our stay feel very special. The house was amazing - it was comfortable, clean, spacious and well thought out. Walking distance to everything, although you can simply stay at the house as it really has everything you need. Best holiday ever!

We had such a great time in Sydney! This house made our time very special. Im so glad we had the opportunity to stay here. The house was terrific! Amazing! Great house, relaxing stay

We are a family of 6 who had a wonderful stay at Freshwater Beach Living. Communication with Jeeves was great - easy and prompt. The house is spacious and comfortable, filled with natural light and has everything you could wish for to enjoy a relaxing holiday. We all loved coming home to relax in the pool or simply sit and enjoy the surroundings. The views are absolutely spectacular and visible from almost all areas of the house! We'd love to come back one day for some more R&R. Thanks Jeeves.

Exceptional Home

This is by far the best property we have ever stayed in. Superb location with spectacular views close to the beach, with all the amenities -- pool, hot tub, huge kitchen, outdoor entertaining spacesā€¦The house is incredibly clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with a superbly appointed kitchen. The bathrooms are large and well-stocked with soaps and lotions. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful, kind and relaxed, and provided everything one could need, from surfboards to coolers to bring to the beach. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic house for Family Holiday

We had a wonderful stay at this house which has everything you could possibly want for a family holiday. Jeeves is an excellent host and the little extra things provided such as fresh flowers an afternoon tea platter and wine on arrival made all the difference. The blow up toys were already in the spa awaiting our grand children - just a shame the weather was not in our side to utilise the pool but the hot spa had a good work out! Would highly recommend

There is no better validation of a holiday accommodation than a repeat customer. As an Australian who now lives abroad, we have now used this home for our vacation twice and will continue to come back. Excellent location, spectacular views, and a relaxed charming feel to the home that aligns perfectly with a summer holiday. Rooms are tastefully furnished with a beach house "zen" feeling, kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and there is plenty of space for friends and family to come visit and just hang out. We love it and will be back!

Wonderful host, amazing place!

First of all Jeeves was an outstanding host. Helping arrange our food shop to even putting it away was a dream start. She was attentive but also distant which was ideal for everyone. The house itself is just great. The photos donā€™t do it justice. The cupboards are stocked with everything and more that you could need. The facilities have something for everyone. Above all the place is just a dream to sit back, relax and watch the sun and sea from so many places.

Lovely home with beautiful views

Jeeves is an excellent host and very helpful and responsive. The home provides plenty of room for privacy but great space for gathering also. Well stocked with beautiful views and excellent location. Our family enjoyed our time and the kids loved the pool and hot tub considering part of our stay was rainy. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic place in a fantastic setting

Really enjoyed our time at Freshwater, Jeeves was super helpful, easy to deal with and all round fantastic host. Few issues with flights and covid and was massively accommodating. The property is as great if not better than in the pics, beautiful views and great local hospitality with a short drive into Sydney. Really enjoyed the trip, thanks again! šŸ„³
