Our Studio guesthouse is nestled in a peaceful oasis with mature landscaping & a beautiful pool. The space was fully remodeled and newly furnished in 2014. Central location: less than 5 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, Sky Harbor Airport & more.

For two decades the Studio was the creative space of the Wrightsian architect who designed and built our beautiful, unique property. In January 2014 we converted his architectural studio to a luxurious living space by adding a full bathroom and kitchen, modern day amenities and new furniture.

Wonderful Stay!

Great stay at this little oasis in Phoenix. Super convenient location/distance from the airport. Modern amenities, private location, excellent communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

The guesthouse was exactly as pictured, but feels even dreamier in person. The walking path to the guesthouse is enchanting. We arrived later than expected and it was dark, but the arrival details from the host were helpful and clear. The pool was very cool to see all lit up outside of the guesthouse. The studio itself is clean, updated, and well-maintained. The bed was on the firm side and the pillows were on the soft side. The kitchen and bathrooms provide plenty basic amenities for the stay. The Nespresso machine with pods was an added treat! The weather was rainy for most of our 2-night stay, but the views from inside added to the relaxing vibe. The sun did come out for a bit to allow us to relax at the pool. The mosquitoes forced us back inside eventually. I’d probably bring bug spray or citronella next time. I would definitely stay again, hopefully for even longer next time!

Private Garden Oasis

Beautiful well appointed private studio surrounded by lush multi-tiered garden and tranquil pool. Sadly the cooler overcast weather did not allow us to enjoy the outdoor amenities as we had hoped. Would stay here again. Thanks Alessandro for sharing your unique rental unit.

Effortless with every accommodation :)

Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I'm already hoping to come back so I can enjoy that beautiful pool! Everything was extremely easy, clean as though no one else had every been there - clearly well thought out. I appreciate art, architecture and a beautiful setting for its aesthetic, going beyond that of necessity - and this quiet, quaint studio was exactly that. From the floor to ceiling windows wrapping around the living area to the tall tall sky light over the kitchen, the cloud-like bed and bedding to the giant shower. From storage in laundry room to every technological need we use today. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable while exceeding our expectations.

Mother daughter getaway

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and truly enjoyed this little secret garden in the middle of the desert! Jayson was a great communicator and had refreshments for us at our arrival. The size and layout of the studio was just perfect and we liked the contemporary furnishings and decor. We had everything we needed including a Nesspresso machine which was a nice perk. We spent a lot of time using the pool which is just out the front door. The studio is situated nicely in the backyard under large shade trees. It was nice to look out the window and see the lovely garden smiling back. It was quiet and private and we never saw Jayson unless we had a question and he appeared magically with a smile and ready with an answer. The property is a 10 min. drive to downtown Scottsdale with lots of galleries, shops and restaurants and 12 mins from the airport. The Botanical Gardens are 6-8 mins away which we loved but go early morning to beat the heat. We would definitely stay again!

Lush setting with green everywhere!

In the middle of the SW, you don't expect such lush color. Such a quaint and cozy guest house tucked in with its own pool and adorable pathways!

Beautiful location

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Villa Paradiso. The studio is private with large windows that look out to a pool and a lovely garden. The owners were extremely solicitous - they’ve created a resort-like property that we would most certainly visit again. We loved it!

Cozy comfort with an architectural history.

My husband and I stayed for one week for spring training. The hosts were exceptional in their responsiveness sometimes within minutes. The guest house was cozy, comfortable, and had a surprising architectural story behind it. The layout and design inside and out were reminiscent of a Frank Lloyd Wright style. The pool was inviting as was the lounging area surrounding it. We would without doubt rebook for another visit.

Great Stay in Phoenix

This is a great place to stay during a visit to Phoenix. Alessandro and Jayson are great, made everything as easy as possible and the Studio is amazing - has everything you need and the house and gardens make for a wonderful visit. I will definitely try and stay here again during my next visit to Phoenix.

Lovely home

My family and I visited Scottsdale for a couple of days. This rental was perfect for my husband, two small boys, and myself. It’s equipped with just about anything you might need. In addition, our host was very friendly.

Peaceful stay

This is such a beautiful property. It is in a quiet, residential area and so private. It was a great week for a relaxing babymoon for me and my wife. We easily were able to get around to a variety of restaurants (many suggestions were provided for us upon check-in) and downtown Scottsdale all within a 10 minute drive. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful, private, great owners

Set back into the wooded property of a contemporary home, our guesthouse was clean, comfortable and reclusive. Owners were generous and accommodating, even arranging an alternate home when 40” of snow forced us to cancel a Grand Canyon trip prior to our stay. Pool outside our front door was clean and inviting. King bed and pillows were great. Appliances and amenities also great. Location is private and quiet, but close to highways for easy travel to anyplace in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler and the Desert Botanical Gardens. Five stars richly deserved.

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Excellent location that is convenient to anywhere you want to go. Property is very clean, private, has all the amenities you need. Wished we could have enjoyed the pool but was too cold. Owners are very friendly and available if you need anything. Would recommend this property to anyone. The property is near the airport so you do hear planes and helicopters but it did not bother us at all. If you are concerned about plane noise a fan would pretty much drown it out. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Summer Getaway

I, my husband and daughter (11) had the pleasure of staying in the Studio Guesthouse during our visit to Arizona. The property is a true gem and the hosts, Jayson and Alessandro are delightful. I am still wrapping myself around how much they have done with this beautiful piece of property, and the generous way in which they have chosen to share it with so many. Jayson was on property to personally welcome us and walk us through the property, which is something we have never experienced in our stays with HomeAway. It was a refreshing touch of detail that continued, as he had a nice bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. He also had yogurt, juice, ice, Nespresso pods and much more allowing us to settle in immediately. Jayson was a perfect host. He was friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay. From the moment we entered the property, we were greeted with beautiful landscaped gardens of lush trees, bright flowers, and even a pond with lily pads. The Studio is in the rear of the property somewhat hidden away in these beautiful gardens. It's a lovely well renovated guest suite completely encompassed by natural light through walls made of windows. The decor is modern with clean lines and much attention to detail. Everything was well arranged and efficient (including washer/dryer, great water pressure, Nespresso machine). The hosts are well up to date with technology, and our stay came complete with Apple TV, Wi-Fi, Apple Music, and smart lock which made for extra convenience. We loved waking to the natural light sneaking through the windows and the birds singing all around us. Having coffee on the patio as we sited many different birds, including a reoccurring humming bird, a quail and her babies, and even a rabbit was a daily delight. My daughters highlight to the entire trip was the Pool Oasis that was steps from our door. The pool area is beautifully well kept with many loungers, floats, and beach towels. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, but when we were ready to explore Arizona, another plus was the location of the property being so convenient to the surrounding area attractions. Thank you Jayson and Alessandro for sharing your piece of paradise with us! :)

Private and beautiful

I loved this place. This was our first experience with vrbo. All went great, Jayson met us, showed us around and even left snacks. The private pool was the best, not to mention the modern decor and technology throughout. I loved the privacy we had too. Great place!

Tranquility in a great Phoenix location

Fantastic property with great hosts. Designed by student of Frank Loyld Wright these owners have kept the natural vibe while adding there own touch. The grounds are terrific, the unit itself perfect. Comfortable bed and sitting area, great kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with our stay there and are already looking for a reason to get back.

Garden Oasis

My husband, four year old son and I had the pleasure of staying in Vernon Studio as our first HomeAway experience. The Studio is exactly as pictured and our hosts left us wanting for nothing. The grounds, architecture and wildlife are enchanting. Our only regret was that we visited when it was too cold for swimming. We would have loved to linger in the inviting pool just steps out our door.

Wonderful hosts and a quiet, serene garden oasis.

Beautiful studio, great location, welcoming hosts

The guesthouse is beautiful- clean, airy, light, and well-appointed. We had everything we wanted for a comfortable visit. The location is prime- close to Old Scottsdale, Papago Park, the Zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden, as well as to restaurants and grocery stores. The gardens surrounding the guesthouse and main house are beautiful and lush, and create a private oasis topped off by the lovely pool just steps from the guesthouse. Alessandro and Jayson were welcoming and friendly; we appreciated their attention to detail that included providing some cold sparkling waters, juices and snacks on our arrival!

My First time

We had a wonderful experience with our stay at the Vernon Studio! Jayson and Alessandro are the best! They had snacks and waters in the refridgerator when we got there. Just awesome, the place was immaculate. they shot me a text every day and asked if we needed anything and if everything was ok for us. They care! Can't say enough, super easy! I will be back! Phil
