GardenView Double Apartment Suite - 2 Ferienwohnungen

The Double Apartment Suite is suitable for up to 4-6 guests in two separate bedrooms and two sofa beds in each living room. The total size is 120 square meters with a common entrance for both apartments. Each apartment has a large bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom or shower room. Bed sheets, linen, towels, kitchen and toilet paper are included. The size of Apartment 1 is 68 square meters and Apartment 2 is 53 square meters with a capacity of up to 3 persons in each apartment.

These spacious accommodations are perfect for families with children, visiting friends, or business travelers. Here, you will relax in the private comfort of your home away from home.

The following optional services may also be booked (subject to availability):

1) Private barbeque area with use of a professional-grade grill, charcoal grill, and additional patio seating decks surrounded by greenery and trees for events, entertainment, or relaxation for small groups.

2) Entertainment Package per Event or Party. The use of a Bluetooth Music Partybox Speaker and Karaoke microphone for one social event or party is included. Additional daily fees apply for more than one event or party. This package will be subject to a damage deposit and-or signed confirmation of personal insurance.

3) Private Deluxe Sauna. The sauna package includes access to the on-site deluxe sauna and relaxation area with a capacity of up to 4-6 persons at a time. The use of bathrobes for up to 6 persons, wellness juices, and mineral water are included.

4) Self-service covered bar seating terrace with select wines, gourmet coffee station, and wellness juices.

5) The Maisonette Apartment may be separately booked for up to 3 additional persons. It features a private covered lounge terrace for relaxing, dining, and entertainment purposes. The covered lounge terrace may also be booked separately if available.

6) Two additional fully-furnished apartments, located nearby directly in the spa town of Bad Kissingen, may also be booked for up to 3-4 additional persons in each apartment.
