13 km from the Koutoubia Mosque, 9 km from golf courses, 1 km from an equestrian centre, 170 km from the sea, 10 km from the Ménara and Majorelle gardens, 70 km from the Ourika Valley and the Atlas Mountains.
This large property is filled with flowers and many different types of trees, including orange trees, olive trees, and palm trees. There is also a boules court, ping-pong table,
and a large infinity swimming pool (16 x 5.5 m).
There will be someone to meet you at the airport and accompany you to the villa.
A chef will be available to prepare your meals at a cost of € 15 per day for 8 people and € 25 per day for 9-16 people (you would just have to buy the groceries). There are large grocery stores nearby, such as Metro (7 km away), Marjane and Carrefour (both 12 km away). In addition, we are now offering to do the shopping for free upon request.
A cleaning lady cleans the bedrooms and bathrooms every day so you can get the most out of your holiday. There is a bus stop about 900 m away at the end of the paved pathway, and taxis come right to the villa. We are now offering a massage service upon reservation.
We can organize a Moroccan evening for you with Méchoui (barbecued whole lamb) and Moroccan entertainers.

This house was built in 2012 and is located 13 km from Marrakech on the Route de Fès. The villa boasts 8 bedrooms (7 of which have private bathrooms and WCs), a large living room, dining room and kitchen. It is completely equipped and also has 1 cot and 2 extra beds, and can accommodate up to 16 people. The property stretches over 4500 sq.m including the garden. It is surrounded by a 2 m-high wall, offering you much privacy and the opportunity to enjoy the large 16 x 5.5 m pool.

We also offer the following baby items: car seat, high chair, folding playpen, pushchair, 2 cots, and everything needed for the pool.
