The studio/cottage has a Private fenced yard in a Beautiful park like setting with mountain views. Thank you for looking at my listing.
Pets are welcome, there is a $100.00 pet fee for each pet per stay. Please get pets approved by the host before booking. Please give description of pet to host in a message.

Studio Accommodations: Sleeps 2 in a Queen size pillow top bed. Located in the beautiful foothills of San Diego. Just 4 miles from Alpine Boulevard. Close to freeway 8, Viejas and Sycuan Resorts. French doors, Full kitchen and Bath. Pea gravel patio, chairs, umbrellas and views of the mountains . Plenty of light for reading or just looking out at the beautiful surrounding ranch and mountains. Close to casinos shopping, dinning, brew house, golf, and so much more. Just 35 minutes to beaches and airport. 4 miles to freeway 8. The Studio is located behind the main house and has it's own private entrance.

Cottage Features:
Refrigerator and stove, microwave. Fully stocked kitchen wares, bathroom essentials, Satellite TV, internet all linen provided. Laundry on site. BBQ grill.
Max guests allowed in Studio/ Cottage is 2.

Renters are asked to maintain a level of respect, peace and quiet at all times, which makes this spot so special and unique.

Shared Amenities/ Ranch grounds seasonal creek area are for guest use and enjoyment during daylight hours.

Parking & Access Control - 1 parking spot in front of Cottage.
The prices for nightly vacation rental accommodations do not include late night use of any of the grounds.

Please turn outside lights off at night so the Barn Owls can see to hunt for their dinner. Owls cannot see with lights on. They are awesome.

Reyna was a wonderful guest. It was a pleasure hosting her for her new year’s visit to the area. Reyna is friendly easy to communicate with and she left the cottage in great condition. I highly recommend her to any other host. She is always welcome back anytime.

Michael, it was so great meeting and hosting you and Vonda And your two pups I gave you detailed driving directions with with pictures for every place to turn. It was so wonderful meeting and hosting you for your visit to the area. You are always welcome back anytime. We are just 4 miles from the cute town, Of Alpine and 2 miles to the beautiful Sycuan Casino and resort. Meeting wonderful people like Michale and Vonda is what makes hosting so special.

Lovely Farmhouse Cottage

My husband and I (and our dog, Hondo) had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse cottage. It was perfect for us and was full of lovely touches. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The fenced yard was great for our dog and the grounds were beautiful. Our host, Marina, was kind and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Rhonda her husband and their super well behaved beautiful dog were wonderful guests. It was a pleasure meeting and hosting them for a few days for their visit to the area. They are friendly, easy to communicate with and they left the cottage in wonderful condition. I highly recommend them to any other host. They are always welcome back anytime.

Quiet and perfect with a dog

Fenced yard for the dog, clean and fairly close to what we needed. Host were great. We definitely would stay here again.

Such a Wonderful & Charming Place

We had an awesome stay!! It was so peaceful and quite. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. Also the bed was amazingly comfortable! Lots of privacy the grounds are absolutely lovely the tress, flowers & creek fills you with a sense of serenity. Included was an upgraded cable/movie channels with WiFi which all worked perfectly. Marina was very very kind and helpful!! check-in & check-out EASY - We will definitely visit again.

What more can you ask for?

This is my second stay with Marina and was even better than the first since I stayed longer. Nice house in a great semi-rural setting with all the supplies you would need to keep house and cook in.

Beautiful, clean, quiet, amazing!

The property is just lovely, out in the country. The cottage is beautifully decorated. So nice to be able be able to stay at a place like this, and have our dog with us! She loved the fenced yard and open spaces to fetch her ball. We felt right at home, and will stay again if Marina would have us. She is delightful, a gracious host.

"Chip & Jojo-like" Farmhouse Cottage w/Charming Hospitality

Oh my stars this place is ADORBS!! Super clean, fresh, well appointed with loads of hospitality details! Property is owned by a realtor so she knows how to do this right! She is incredibly kind, flexible and hospitable. The mattress was so crazy comfortable I wanted to buy it from her! The bedding is new and plush! In the morning when you wake up and gaze out onto the most beautiful lush green mountainsides you will forget you are even near Southern California!! I would love to stay here every month but she is booking up months in advanced! The word is getting out about this little gem!!

I was very happy to host Jan and her husband for Christmas. They wanted to be close to family but not underfoot. They were wonderful to deal with. Very professional and courteous.
