Old barn renovated in part in 2017.
Quiet, not isolated, in a residential area, with views, the Mas is composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 with their SDE and WC + a T2. The living room of 70m2 approximately with a beautiful height under ceiling divides into 3 parts and is exposed East and South. No vis à vis, tranquility and views.
You can enjoy its large wooden terrace of 100m2. The kitchen of 16m2 is fully equipped.
The terraced land is fenced and has an area of 3500m2.
Bus at 10m and shops at 900m (Bakery, butcher, hairdresser, florist, pharmacist, pizza truck, grocery ...)

Great visit to Provence

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Aix. Villa was very clean and well equipped for all our needs. We loved the pool, the Boules court and the fabulous view.

Lovely stay close to Aix. Easy location for day trips to Luberon and Les Calanques. A perfect home base with lots of space and a phenomenal view!! Can’t beat that view and the pool!!! Well equipped kitchen for cooking in.

Amazing villa

We loved our time at this property! There is so much space and you truly can’t beat the view. Nicolas and Laetitia are fantastic hosts and we would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Aix. We would love to come back again!

Idyllic views and charming old property.

We loved staying here. The pool with views over Aix was a welcome respite in the heat. The property was charming, spacious and well appointed. Our hosts made us feel very welcomed. Thankyou Nicolas and Letitia.

Excellent stay at an excellent location

Beautiful home that is located very convenient to Aix en Provence. Owner was very nice and friendly. House is in great condition and great for families. Amazing view and a well kept pool. Couldn’t ask for more. Lots of space. Very accurate listing. Would certainly return. Great stay!

A House with a View and More!

Wonderful property with a once in a lifetime view. Spacious well-equipped kitchen perfect for stay-at-home dining in a beautiful dining room. Very friendly and helpful, responsive hosts. Great location for taking daily trips around the area. A big THANK YOU!

Great Stay - Be timely during check out

Loved this property! The view was amazing. Be sure you are ready to check out exactly on time. Our group of 7 was running slightly behind and the owners did not appreciate it.

Merci Grace d'avoir adoré la maison et votre séjour. Malheureusement quand mon épouse est arrivée pour le check out, non seulement la maison était en désordre mais surtout certaines dormaient, d autres étaient sous la douche ou se maquillaient. Vous ne nous avez jamais demandé de pouvoir partir un peu plus tard, alors que la veille de votre départ je vous ai envoyé un message pour se coordonner pour le check out. Alors certes vous êtes un groupe de jeunes de 22 ans mais dans notre règlement intérieur, il est stipulé que l'âge minimum est de 25 ans. Nous aurions donc pu vous refuser la location lorsque nous l avons appris à votre arrivée. ( Vrbo nous l a confirmé ). A vos futurs hôtes, si vous voulez accueillir un groupe de copines de 22 ans insouciantes qui laisse votre maison ouverte , qui laisse toutes les lumières de toutes les pièces allumées, et qui communique très rarement, alors vous pouvez les accueillir sans problème. Au-delà ce cette insouciance liée à la jeunesse, c etait un groupe sympathique.

Family Celebration of 3 Milestone Birthdays

Six family members thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week celebratory stay at this wonderful property with a breathtaking view of the valley below. Perfect spot for many convenient, sunny day trips to beautiful, historical places like Cassis, Avignon, Arles, Gordes, Roussilon, Marseilles, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Isle-sur-de-Sorge, and Chateau LaCoste. Everyone loved Aix, just 10 minutes away, and the Provence countryside. Each has said it was the best trip ever. Expect to come back soon to reprise the splendid visual experience and Nicolas's fine hosting.

Great Stay!

Several family members and friends spent a week at Nicolas' and Laetitia's wonderful property just outside of Aix-en-Provence. It is situated near Marseille, which was great as we attended a number of Olympic football matches there and is very close to a number of beautiful Provencal villages and towns. Given the high temperatures while there, we spent the majority of the time by the pool and patio. The view from the pool area was hard to beat, both during the day and at night. There was always a comfortable area to sit in the shade if one didn't want to be in the pool. The inside of the house was also comfortable (even though we just used it to sleep and prepare food when we didn't go out). Nicolas and Laetitia were great hosts and were in constant contact to make sure everything was going OK. We would recommend their property highly!

Gracious hosts and beautiful vistas

We had such a lovely time in this beautiful home just outside the city of Aix-en-Provence. (If you are looking for a walkable city spot, this isn't it -- but if you are looking for great space and amenities as a hub from which to visit the region, it's spot on!) Our hosts were exceptionally gracious, accessible, and helpful, recommending restaurants, grocery stores, sites to visit and more. We had access to a pool, two patios, a loft, and a basement "apartment" in addition to the 2BR/2ba on the ground floor, along with a sizable garage for our two rental cars. We traveled easily to Gordes, CDP, Marseille, Nice, and other spots from this beautiful home overlooking the valley. You may need extra paper goods and laundry detergent to make full use of the property, but it'll be worth it.

Gorgeous home, amazing hosts

This property was beautiful, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. A group of 6 of us stayed here to explore Provence for 4 days. Whenever we were not enjoying all the area has to offer, we sat outside on the patio or by the pool to take advantage of the incredible view, the garden and the abundance of birds. The house was comfortable inside and outside. The kitchen was very well equipped! We felt like we were in our home, not a rental property. There were so many different places in the home to sit and relax that we wished we could stay longer to use all of them. The hosts were the best. They communicated with us well in advance, provided recommendations, and were flexible with our check-in time. They accommodated our needs, as we were traveling internationally. They even went out of their way to drive to the house late on our last night to help us with an unexpected issue to ensure our seamless departure. I have never experienced such a high level of hospitality at a vacation rental before! I highly recommend renting this property. Laetitia and Nicolas - thank you so much for your help, the use of your beautiful home, and all your hospitality! I hope to come back some day.

Kristina et son groupe d'amis étaient adorables. Dès nos premiers échanges, la communication a été très aisée et fluide. On s'est de suite senti rassuré et en confiance. Il était donc tout à fait naturel de les accompagner dans leur voyage. Ils ont pris soin de notre maison comme si c'était la leur. Ils ont eu quelques péripéties et une météo très mitigée, mais ils ont su garder le sourire et on toujours été très positifs. Bref, c'était des invités adorables, avec qui nous avons pu un peu partager et qu'on accueillera volontiers de nouveau avec une bonne bouteille de Champagne....euh de Bourbon ;-)) Kristina and her group of friends were lovely. From our first exchanges, communication was very easy and fluid. We immediately felt reassured and confident. It was therefore quite natural to give them some recommandations on their journey. They took care of our house as if it were their own. They had a few adventures and very mixed weather, but they knew how to keep smiling and they were always very positive. In short, they were lovely guests, with whom we were able to share a little and whom we will gladly welcome again with a good bottle of Champagne .... uh of Bourbon ;-))

Idyllic stay in Provence

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The owners communicated in advance of our arrival and were very responsive and helpful with information not only about the property, but also the surrounding area. The house is as described, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views and setting are just spectacular. We did a lot of touring/driving around the area and came back to the house in the evening exhausted. Jumping in the pool and looking out at the view was cathartic. The owners couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. They were there upon our arrival to show us around and explain things, and stayed in touch during our stay. Leaving was like saying good-bye to old friends. We will for sure look to book again when we return to the area. Merci and à bientôt!

Séjour reposant loin de Paris

L'accueil que nous ont réservé Nicolas et Laetitia était sympathique et chaleureux. Le séjour dans leur maison était conforme à nos attentes. Chacun avait son espace, et nous pouvions tous nous retrouver au bord de la piscine ou bien pour une partie de pétanque. La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir la Région et ses environs. Les restaurants sont nombreux à Aix-en-Provence. A noter que pour des dîner à la maison,la ville d'Eguilles a des commerces de bouche offrant des produits de grandes qualité. Enfin, la maison est de Nicolas et Laetitia a contribué à la réussite de nos vacances. Je la conseillerai sans hésiter. Thomas et Géraldine

Beautiful home overlooking Aix en Provence

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home overlooking the valley. Comfortable beds, well-equipped and plenty of room for our group of six. The pool was refreshing after a day of sightseeing, the views were amazing, and it was a quick drive into Aix en Provence. Nicolas and Laetitia were welcoming hosts and it was the perfect place to relax after the hustle and bustle of Paris.

Lovely home!

Stunning home, wonderful hosts!

This home was our absolute most delightful accommodation in France. We ended our trip here--which I highly recommend! Very clean, updated, spacious home. Gorgeous views from the pool, high-end decking, large outside table. We enjoyed the location which was above the city (for the views) but easy enough to get down to the large supermarket in one direction and a great brick oven pizza spot and large bakery in the other direction. The owners were very gracious and explained the house quite well, in addition to checking in on us to ensure we had the information we needed. We spent a fabulous day in Valensole and the nearby lavender fields and another perfect day at the beach in St Cyr sur Mer. We would have loved more time in the area and at the house so stay as long as you possibly can! Highly recommend this property.
