Comfortable Apartment

This apartment was a very comfortable space. The description of the property is very accurate with regard to location and proximity to the lake. It is great if you need a place to relax after a day on the lake. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of space. We didn't feel cramped or crowded.

The apartment was so eclectic and fun great location the stairs up to it were a little hard bringing coolers and luggage Also there was no soap in the shower and the charcoal grill needs lighter fluid to start which is not provided,dishes are very limited but we had a great time.

Very Accommodating

The photos don't do this place justice. Everything was very nice, spacious, and clean. We will definitely come back here and will recommend to anyone who is looking for a good spot to stay at on the lake. Excellent marina/lake access, and not too far from good places for food and drinks, and live music. Great job, thanks again!!

We had a great couple of days on the lake. Clean apartment. Great friendly staff. Only issue was no lights anywhere near the stairs. Thank yā€™all had a blast. We will definitely go back.

Clean, convenient, modern

Great location and space. The big open kitchen with large counter island was great for gathering around and playing games. The listing says that it sleeps 8, however, there are only 3 beds. There is a large sectional sofa, but it does not have a sleeper pullout. Would strongly recommend bringing an air mattress so that people donā€™t have to sleep on the couch! We couldnā€™t figure out how to get the cable to work on either TV. Thankfully the large kitchen island was good for playing games at. Besides the sore back from 2 unexpected nights of sleeping on a couch, it was a great stay.

Excellent Getaway for enjoying Possum Kingdom Lake

This property was awesome for the convenience of enjoying the lake, easy launch. The whole staff of people around marina were so nice and helpful. This property was super clean and very comfortable and had everything you needed. Beautiful scenery all around the lake. I would definitely recommend!!!!

Great weekender

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend get away with our kids and their families. Easy access to the marina. The apartment was great and neighborhood was fairly quiet in the evenings. The only complaint I have is there isn't any cleaning supplies to clean up after your stay, such as, Broom, wash rags, dish soap and so forth. Overall, it was great stay and we really enjoyed our time there!! Thank you!

Booked as 2 bedroom but was 1 bedroom with a loft. Did not have instructions on passwords or codes or rules. Not stocked with basic supplies, such as, trash bags and toilet paper. No drinking glasses. All communication was initiated by me. Other than that the place did suit our needs for a last minute booking. Easy access to the lake for boating and kayaking. We planned to eat out for our meals which was inconvenient. The closes restaurant was a 20 minute drive. Sunday restaurants close early and had to drive an hour for dinner. No restaurants open on Monday. Not that it is the responsibility of the owner. Just would have been nice to know to plan for it. We did loved the lake and plan to return this summer.

If you bring your boat, you cannot be any closer to all of the services!

If you bring your own boat, you are right by the ramp, ships store and marina! The ownership took care of all trailer parking and slip rental. Very seamless and easy. The condo was very nice, great a/c and all updated with a big kitchen that open ups to the main room big Sat TV and internet. Great place to come back to after a long day on the lake. The location is probably the key. Best place to be on the lake!

Great location at marina

When we first arrived we thought that it was going to be a bad experience. The townhouse/condo is located above a service center and the stairway was very tall. When we got inside it was a different story. The layout is great and the kitchen with sitting island for 10 was perfect for our family. There is really not much to see outside the windows due to the condo's blocking most of the views to the lake, but we like to stay out on the lake most of the day and when we get back to rental we really don't care for views. We really liked the boat slip rental which is about two city blocks in distance from rental. We would load up vehicle and drop off people and items at boat slip. The boat slip we rented was literally 10 feet from the door to a convienence store where we loaded up with ice and beverages. The store is pricey but it's to be expected with the next convienence store 10 miles away. The only draw back was the stairway, it was exhausting carrying luggage and yeti's with food and drinks we needed for the weekend. I thought about giving a 4 star rating because of the stairway but the pros clearly outshined the one draw back. We are already planning a trip back next month.

Comfy place right on the marina.

At first glance from the outside it doesn't look like anything special and actually looks like part of the marina service center. But inside is perfect. Very comfortable and all the conveniences you can ask for. We felt like we lived there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are even thinking about using the marina for boating, jet skis, kayaks or anything else this is the perfect spot for it. If you are looking for being directly on the lake and wanting to walk around outdoors enjoying the scenery then this place may not be your choice. But if you want to get out on the water and want a really nice place to chill during the day or evening after a long day of fun then this place is perfect for that.
