FEEL THE OCEAN BREEZE ON THE LARGE PORCH WHILE ENJOYING YOUR FAVORITE BEVERAGE

One of the BEST features of this home is that there are no stairs to go up and down. So if you have a hard time getting around, bad knees, small children or just hate steps this is the unit for you!!!! We are only 3 short blocks to the beach!!

This is a totally renovated 2 bedroom-2 bath-1st floor central A/C unit. It is a corner unit that offers a covered patio that is one of the largest on the island. The porch houses a full size dining table, a love seat/table/2 chairs area, 2 lounge chairs and a bar area. Along with your large patio(where you can enjoy a constant sea breeze) you can also enjoy the heated pool(Memorial weekend till the end of September) and BBQ area with 2 grills. There are two outside showers to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.
Inside is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. The master bedroom has 1 queen size bed and a double with twin bunk bed, its own custom tile bathroom with walk-in shower and a flat screen TV.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV as well.
The living room has a leather sectional pull out couch and a large flat screen TV.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a four burner gas stove top-refrigerator-dishwasher-microwave/oven-coffee maker(Keurig and regular)-crockpot-dishes-utensils-pots and pans. Granite counter tops and tile floors.
Off the living room is the second bathroom with washer and dryer. All rooms have ceiling fans and wifi and cable television is provided.
The weekly check-in is Sunday to Sunday. This way guest can avoid a lot of the traffic congestion that occurs on Saturday. Past guests have commented on how easy the drive was onto the island on Sunday versus Saturday afternoon.
The neighborhood is quite and peaceful, so you can relax on the patio and enjoy reading a book, playing a board game with the kids or sipping a beverage.
This is a family-oriented condo community. Perfect for families, couples or girls get-a-way.

****Effective April 1, 2022, the condo unit is part of a smoke free condominium association. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The host, Julie is terrific. The condo was spotless. The porch was lovely for relaxing any time of day. Very convenient and easy walk to the beach. Very nice residential area that was quiet. Knocked off a star as the washing machine was broken on arrival. Host communicated this on arrival day. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it in the grand scheme of things, but apparently it was broken for a few weeks and wasn't communicated earlier. Again, it's not the end of the world, but that is one of the reasons why I always book a condo vs hotel, especially at the beach. I wish I would have known earlier. Finally, beds were not very comfortable, but adequate.

Perfect Central Location for Sept Stay! In-Season even better!

SAY "LOCATION" X 3! Walk to Sunset Lake, Ocean, the end of Boardwalk! We stayed 2nd wk Sept 2024- not all is running- but lots was & we wined, dined, swam in pool, beached, bayed, Cape Mayed it alot (Mall etc), even watched the WWbFiremen's Parade 1st x. We thank our host Julie for great communication, a GREAT PLACE, and for all of the xtra things that added up to a lot! A welcome snack basket, Little "emergency" items tucked here and there such as toiletries, coffee, menus, lots of games for all ages, laundry soap and dish washing liquid, blankets- etc etc! Tons of cupboards to store your stuff and not be tripping over it... Everything else is conveniently labeled so we quickly found things we needed. There is no formal dining area THE CONDO WAS SPOTLESS! The HUGE first floor porch was wonderful- our almost 3 yr old grandaughter was tooling around like a champ and was as safe as in a playpen. We loved the spotless heated pool! We chose to go to No. WW Beach for better accessibility because Nana (me!) has knee issues- but w/o me the gang walked a few blocks down and had a ball. Parking was easy. Quiet neighborhood but at the center of everything- we were in and out of Cape May, all over the Wildwoods, the beach, the bay, sunrise, sunset. We are frequent flyers to the area and have stayed in many places and if dates align we will surely be back! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! THANK YOU JULIE! Really hope my concert dates align to two weekends in time to book again. BEST WISHES!

The best!

Julie is the best host and the condo is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The location is perfect and we walked to a lot of things. I could not recommend this property more.

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful experience at Julie's condo. Julie was responsive and gave easy instructions. Her condo was spacious and clean. The large outdoor space was perfect for our family. We enjoyed our long days at the beach (perfect distance) and the pool after beach days. We hope to return again soon!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was our first time staying in Wildwood Crest and this property was amazing! The location was perfect and the condo was very clean and charming with everything you need for a great vacation including a welcome basket of snacks and drinks. Julie was fantastic with answering all my questions and giving great recommendations for food and things to do in the area. We look forward to staying here again next summer!

A great place to stay!!

The property was just as described! There was plenty of space for our family of 4. We were attending a basketball tournament for my daughter -- she enjoyed relaxing at the pool after an intense game. We walked all over -- to the beach, the boardwalk, and a nearby bakery. We would love to return in the future!

NJ Firemen's Convention

My husband and I stayed during the NJ Firemen's Convention. This place was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Julie was very thoughtful and communicative. The porch was absolute heaven. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place well equipped

The host is fantastic. A basket of snacks was offered and few cold berevages. The location is perfect, quiet and a lot of place to eat outside. We will try to come back.

Clean, Spacious and Great location

This was our 6th year at Wildwoods and this was by far the cleanest and the best place we've stayed so far. We have 3 teenage children so having 2 baths is a must for us and for my wife, she cannot stay in any place that has a carpet because we don't wear shoes inside the house and she thinks the carpets are gross on bare feet, especially in a shared home since you don't know what's lurking under the carpet. My wife is a clean freak so she wipes down and sanitizes every surface whenever we check-in but she said the owner must be a clean freak too as she was thoroughly impressed how clean this place was. We also appreciated all the notes and labels around the house. It really felt like our home away from home for the first time. This was the first time we saw a kitchen with a gas stove as all our previous stays had electric stove. We loved it as it's so much easier to cook on a gas stove. Having a washer and dryer inside the unit was also a big plus and loved the porch and outdoor furniture to relax while having a cold one. Kids loved to swim at the pool after coming back from the beach and I even used the outdoor grills twice for family dinner. Only thing that we were worried was the limited, first-come-first-serve parking lot but we never had any issue as we either always found open spot or there were free parking spaces on the street around the unit. We also loved the spacious living room with recessed lighting. Great communication with the host. Thank you Julie!

Wildwood Crest Gem

The property was clean and well maintained. Close to everything, but far enough to allow for some relaxing evenings on the porch. Our host was responsive to questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Family vacation

I took my family to wildwood for the first time and will definitely be back next year and I hope to rent from Julie again the place was awesome with Julie being even better. Thank you for lending us your place it made the vacation that much better!

The best!

We go to the beach every summer and this was by far the best place we've ever stayed. The condo was VERY clean and well maintained. From the large, relaxing front porch, to the heated pool, to the out front parking, everything was amazing! The prime location allowed us to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Most importantly, Julie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

Spectacular, family friendly, great location!

Julie is a great host! My kids absolutely loved staying here! My 7yo loved the “cave” shower! With 4 younger kids and 2 adults we felt we had plenty of room! She was very great with checking in before and during the stay! We didn’t get to use the porch as much as I wanted to so we will for sure stay again when we visit!

Nice location. Short distance to walk to several restaurants. We really enjoyed the large porch.

This place is exactly as advertised. Short walk to everything. Just enough room inside and a huge front porch. Owner is easy to talk to and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

The location of the property is perfect - close to the beach and boardwalk! Julie was fantastic to work with and was very responsive, the unit was neat and clean, great restaurants in walking distance and a gorgeous breeze on the front porch. We would definitely book this property again!

Wildwood joy

This rental has the perfect location. About 7 mins walk to the beach. 2 if we take the bike available on the property. We were traveling with our toddler and her grandparents and did not find many listings with 2 bathrooms. This was well suited to our needs. My father in law spent a lot of time on the lovely porch reading while we spent most of ours on the beach. The owner reached out to me well in advance and gave me all the details, she also had the refrigerator stocked with water and juice and some snacks on the counter. Plently of Restaurants nearby as well. We had a good time overall.

Harold and Julie live in Salem County, an hour away. Growing up Julie spent many summers in Wildwood. After getting two kids through college, we decided to purchase our dream vacation retreat. Either the Poconos or Wildwood. The decision was Wildwood due to the close location.

We choose this condo because of its great location. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. You are away from all the commotion that is down the street around all the hotels. We also fell in love with the patio and its space as soon as we saw it. The patio always has an ocean breeze. Many times we will grill at the BBQ area and then eat out on the patio. Don't feel like cooking then order take-out from Bandanas Mexican Grill(1 block away) or Little Italy Restaurant( 3 blocks away) and bring it back to eat on the patio. Everyone is friendly and we enjoy sitting on the patio talking to all the people walking by. The inside of the unit is roomy also. Not to big, but not to small. We find it to be homey and comfortable.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Love love the location. Three short blocks to the ocean and five short blocks to the boardwalk. Don't feel like going to the beach, then enjoy the heated pool. It is set for 88 degrees. The outside showers are great for washing sand off yourself before entering the condo. There is also an outdoor hose to rinse off beach chairs and toys. Friday nights you can walk to the fishing pier(one street south) and watch the fireworks from the pier. Another sweet treat is Britton's Gourmet Bakery which is 2 blocks away. You have to get there early to get the good stuff. Doors open at 6:30am. and there is a line to the street. Everything in there is GREAT!! Donuts, bagels, croissants, apple fritters, cinnamon buns........
