This place was right in the middle of a very nice area and very convenient to get to the grocery store if you need to. Great place for mini vacation

Great Place

We were very happy with the cleanliness of our private guest apartment. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We truly appreciated the special touch of having toast/bagels, coffee and an assortment of milk products left there for us to enjoy! We will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I have lived in Texas for the last 20 years, primarily in Austin. We have been educators for decades. I am a college professor, a speech and debate coach, and run a nonprofit organization for Historically Black Colleges and Universities. My wife has been working with infants and toddlers for almost 30 years.

We love this house and this location. The house is private and quiet, but centrally located to so many things. It is right in between the Houston Premium Outlets and Katy Mills Mall. It is close to several hospitals, about 30 minutes to downtown, and 9 miles from the metro station. It is about 3 miles to the lake and the Boardwalk. The community is new and there is so much around!
