This beautiful remodeled 4 bedroom house is located only 3 miles away from Las Vegas Blvd.

With the beautiful private backyard with the pool, Great for hot Las Vegas summer nights.

we also have a heated pool for a fee of $75 per day

We do have a swing lounge chairs
patio furniture as well and a grill in the backyard.

Right across from a beautiful park where you can enjoy basketball, tennis or nice walk at nigh.

All brand-new furniture with comfortable mattresses stainless steel appliances.

Make sure to keep all the windows closed when the A/C is on. Keep the A/C thermostat no lower than 74 F.

Fun place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for the adults and kids. Pool was fun and located near the strip and many amenities. Highly recommend this home.

Great little house. Awesome back yard and pool, good location being just 10 minutes to the Strip and lots of restaurants, groceries very conveniently nearby. Don't let reviews about the homeless in the park turn you away, yeah there were a handful hanging in the park during our stay but there was no issue at all and there were also softball games, kids playing soccer, kids on the playground etc. Not an issue at all.

Softball Tournament

Overall good experience. The park across the street seemed a little bit shady at night but we survived. 8 out of 10 for cleanliness.

Easy to fix problem

The Park has homeless people in night. People sleeping in car or on grass. There is no propane available for BBQ. Lack of spoons. Toilet paper and towel holder loose or broken. Crack in the bath. Some light bulbs burneb.

LOCATION!

We were so uncomfortable that we went to a hotel at 11pm at night. I payed for 2 places because the location of the house did not seem safe especially at night. The park across the street was full of homeless and shopping carts. This was entirely my fault for not knowing the area better but if you are not familiar with the area this is not a good location. I have used VRBO in several different places and this may have been the last. I think the process was fine and communication was okay so I feel bad rating this place poorly but we were actually scared when we pulled up to this house. I don’t know how to accurately rate many of the things because we were not there more than 5 minutes. The communication I received when I said we were not comfortable staying was okay can you cancel your reservation but I couldn’t because of the cancellation policy and I don’t expect a refund I just want others to know what to expect of the location. I also apologize to the owner because I never leave a low star review.

Overall good, but really needs cleaning and some minor fixes

The location and house size worked well for our group. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool in the unseasonably chilly weather. The biggest issue we had was just how dirty the house was. The bed sheets, towels, an bathrooms were all clean, but the floor throughout and the kitchen required some extensive cleaning. I even had to buy cleaning products, because there weren't any. Rather than spend my vacation scrubbing floors, we did a minimum floor cleaning and just made sure to wear something on our feet. It was so dirty, that the kids' bare feet were black within 30 min of being in the house. The kitchen took a couple of hours to clean. I did bring this to the owner's attention. The owner was communicative when needed, but didn't say more than "thanks" about the cleaning issue. Second, the master bed was in pieces. We had to remove the mattress and reinsert the support boards more than once. We weren't going to go to the effort of actually fixing it, but we made it work. The house is in need of some repairs, but mostly minor. The backyard lights didn't work at all and there were some exposed wires where a light used to be on the back patio. Several outlets had loose fittings and one had no cover at all - fortunately, it wasn't accessible to the toddler with us. One of the screens in the front bedroom was broken and just propped in the sill, and the middle bathroom TP holder needs fixing. The house did suit our needs for the week and the pool/backyard were great; however, overall, it was expensive considering the cleaning we had to do and the minor repairs needed.

The Pool was perfect!!!!!!

Park House was a great place for our family of 9. It was clean. Property Manager was extremely professional and corespondent to any questions we had while staying. The neighborhood is not the best but the house was well kept and clean. The only recommendation I would suggest would be to keep more of a stock pile, such as paper towels, trash bags etc. Prime location****

Roomy house with pool and big back yard

Overall the house met our needs. All the bedrooms were spacious enough and the backyard and pool was great for our dog! The internet/Netflix/cable was constantly having issues while we were there. We had to reset it 10+ times because it kept freezing/logging out. The cable was very limited (didn’t even have ESPN) so we had to go somewhere to watch the NFL game. The neighborhood is ok, the park across the street is nice but there were a lot of homeless that hung out. It’s a short Uber to the strip, less than 3 miles which we enjoyed. The owner had good communication and was very quick to respond when we had an issue. However, we paid our pet fee during the booking process but when we arrived and asked for the pin to get in he quickly asked if we brought our dog… we responded that we had (whole reason why we booked a dog friendly place) and he then asked us to venmo or PayPal him the pet fee… this was off putting as it was right when we arrived and he could have checked the reservation to see it had already been paid. Also, why would he ask for it through a different payment method instead of VRBO. He quickly backtracked once I told him we already paid the fee but a heads up for future bet bookers.

Great Spot!

The house was very clean in a great location! About 15 minutes from from the strip. The host was very communicative when we had questions. We had 10 people in our group and it was comfortable for all of us.

Very clean property

When we arrived at the house, the owner has great communication and the house is extremely clean. Be aware that it’s a bit small but comfortable. We had a group of 9 gents staying at the property and the accommodations weren’t sufficient for all of us as the bunk beds are fairly small. We purchased a few air mattresses for the house as well as blankets as it’s pretty cold in Vegas and the house had just enough for each bed. Beds are firm if you like that style of mattress. We are a cooking group, we actually had to purchase a few pots and pans because the house is extremely thin on these as well. Overall, House was a good place to sleep and comfortable. The fit and finish are great. I would stay again with less people.

great place for a big group

We had a reunion with a group of guys . Since it has bunk beds, it made it easy for everyone to sleep comfortably. Easy to clean and maintain. Host/manager is very responsive and friendly. Its away from the strip yet close enough to uber out which makes it a quite getaway after a Vegas night out.

Absolutely Perfect!

Stayed in Arthur's house for my cousins bachelorette party and it was the most perfect weekend we could have asked for! The location was in a nice area central to lots of stores and food places. It was an easy Lyft ride to and from the strip. The inside is absolutely beautiful and nicely kept. Next time I go to Vegas I would absolutely consider renting his house again!

Felt just like home!

We stayed here for a week and were so sad when we had to leave! The house was wonderful and the pool was lovely in the hot July weather. The location was quiet but not too far from the action of the Strip. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Las Vegas, especially for a longer stay.

Great House

Great property and location!

We loved our stay in this property. It was conveniently located within miles of strip and downtown. We were able to fit our family of 8 perfectly with all bedrooms and amenities. Owner was very accommodating for any requests. Hope to rent this house again in the future. Thanks so much, Arthur!

The perfect place to stay in Las Vegas if you have a big group!

Cannot say enough about this house. Beautiful, perfect location, well furnished, confortable beds and very very spacious! 10 minute Uber/Lift ride to the Strip. Arthur was very friendly and accomodating after out last minute booking! Thank you so much! We'll be back for Summer to enjoy the amazing pool 😊
