The Overnighter is a park model mobil home located on our 15 acre property. It's the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. Its six miles to Nisqually entrance to Mt Rainier. It's one mile to town of Ashford, stores restaurants, gas. Our driveway is gated, very safe here. The OVERNITER has a queen sized bed, full kitchen, full bath, front room has a futon, TV with dish network, wifi, sliding glass door to covered porch, view of foot hills. Cleaning fee included in nightly price.

Area was clean, bedroom was a little bit cramped, a queen size in that tiny space was doable, but not a lot of walking space. Perfect place to stay after a day up at the Elbe ORV park, even on the same road. Overall my wife and I were very happy.

It was very nice, quiet and cozy. The hosts were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. It's about 15 minutes to the entrance of Mt Rainier National Park.

Great stay for two

This place was amazingā€” perfect size for 2 people, and there was a futon so you could probably comfortably have a third as well. Short distance from the park made hikes easily accessible everyday. It was also nice to have a kitchen while we were there.

Great, quiet location. Very easy to get to the park and surrounding small towns. Very private, comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Limited supplies in kitchen but we cooked breakfasts and dinners. Saw lots of deer right outside the door.

Great Stay!

The property was very close to the mountain and was very clean. Patt was great and gave us all of the information that we needed prior to our stay. Upon arriving, she let us charge my wifeā€™s electric wheelchair in their barn and even offered for us to pick some blueberries! We had a great stay and would stay here again.

We loved our stay. It was so convenient to the nasqually entrance of Mt Rainier and was peaceful and quiet. I would echo another review to buy groceries in a bigger town like Seattle before. The tiny grocery store had a limited selection and higher prices.

The park model is in a quiet rural location and convenient to Mt Rainier. The space is a bit dated but adequate and clean. The bed is comfortable and the linens of good quality. The kitchen had some basics but could use a few more. It was unusually warm weather and the window AC couldnā€™t keep up, so a fan of some sort would be nice. All things considered, the stay was fine and would consider staying again.

Just What The Doctor Ordered

Situated in a lovely small holding away from it all yet very convenient for Mount Rainier, the park gate being about 15 minutes away. The cabin is very comfortable with plenty of room for two to cozy up! Nice deck where you can sit and have a cocktail (or two) and it was still warm enough for us to eat outside. The hosts were very friendly and interesting people and I would not hesitate to recommend this property for your visit to beautiful Mount Rainier.

Mount Rainier Hiking

This park model trailer was the perfect location for our Mount Rainier hiking as itā€™s only a few minutes from the entrance. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. I wanted to see an elk and they came and got us when one came on the property. The trailer was clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner after a long day of hiking. If weā€™re ever in the area, weā€™d stay again.

I specifically chose this place and property for the full kitchen since we were staying for 7 nights. It ended up being very close and easy to get to Mt Rainier National Park, which was the purpose of our trip. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They told us to reach out to them if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay!

Great base for exploring the SW area of Mt Rainier Park

This single wide mobile home is located on acreage minutes from the SW entrance to Mt Rainier National Park. We found it just right for the two of us doing our own cooking and taking day trips to the park. The gas stove worked well and the kitchen was adequately stocked with cookware and tableware. The window air conditioner was a bit challenged by the unusually hot weather while we were there, but temperatures cooled down comfortably each night. We enjoyed several brief visits with Patt and Rich and their friendly cat. We will definitely try to book ā€œThe Overnighterā€ again next time we make plans to visit that area. So peaceful and quiet!
