Exceptionally Beautiful Setting

We rented the cabin to celebrate my father in laws 98th birthday, he had not been able to go hunting or fishing for at least five years and missed the activity greatly. The cabin turned out to be the ideal place as he sent many hours fishing from the pier, caught sufficient number of sun fish to have a small fish fry. In addition the location reminded him of the Florida he knew as a boy. It also provided the remainder of us wonderful opportunities to spend time canoeing and generally enjoying a very beautiful setting. Loved the cabin and hope to return in the future.

Great Location

We rented the bungalow and the cabin. The cabin had plenty of room, the kitchen was equipped well enough, although we did not cook there, just had pick up and go type of food. It was very clean and the layout was good. Nice bathrooms, plenty of room on the dock, which is where we were when we weren't kayaking or tubing at the park. Check-in was easy & Joe was the nicest guy (helped us get the hang of fishing). We weren't catching anything until he showed us what type of hook to use, etc. Beds were comfortable. It was really a wonderful place with plenty to do.

Beautiful place!!

Amazing spot right on the river awesome fishing caught a 5 pound bass right of the dock!! Snakeheads , alligator gar lots of action! beautiful water plenty of activities very peaceful and quiet..only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom very squeaky and not comfortable other than that place was great and would definitely stay there again!! 5stars!!

River front cute place

Only have two concerns. One watch for bear activity at night scary stuff lol. Two bring measuring spoons and cups if you plan to do any baking, none available, but we made our own out of a 7oz. Soda can.. left it there for next renters. Fishing was amazing and canoeing was fun for all. 👍

Enjoying a little piece of central Florida

Fulfilled the expectations. Neat place with wonderful view of a riverside looking at a park wilderness, birds sightings like wild turkeys and woodpeckers, herons. An interesting setup with comfort without loosing touch with nature. Paddling a wonderful river is a plus. Recommend with a plus!!

Brown water

Absolutely love this place! But was disappointed that we were not told of bad water conditions more than likely due to heavy rains The house water was totally brown! Luckily we had brought plenty of drinking water I still would return tho. We did the kayaking toward Kelly Park which is lovely but there was entirely too many inexperienced kayakers that it made it very unpleasant

Kelly Springs Cabin

We had a great time, the cabin was perfect, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The Spring is beautiful, they provide kayaks to use, the kids had a blast. The only thing to note is that you may have to share the dock and area with another family because there is another rental on the property. We will for sure plan another trip back maybe with friends or family and rent both cabins. The area is beautiful.

Great Stay!

We had a great time staying here. The inside of the cabin was beautiful and there was a fantastic wrap around deck that led to the river. My favorite thing about this property was how easy it was to get on a canoe or kayak and get on the water. The scenery on the river was really breathtaking. The property owners and staff who worked with the owners were all friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a perfect stay for my family and I. We can't wait to come back.

House in the Jungle

Our favorite place was the deck over the water, and the water is crystal clear. Much wildlife to view, mostly birds. We took a short trip by canoe on the river. Unit is very clean and bed is comfortable. No cable TV if that is important to you.

Shhhhh! Keep this place a secret!

What a fabulous place! The cabin is sweet, the property is absolutely gorgeous, the property owners are wonderful. We (including our chocolate lab) felt welcome and cared for. Loved the outdoor shower! We will be back!

Family Weekend

The location is beautiful, right on the river in an undeveloped area that is a short drive from stores and restaurants. The cabin is clean, comfortable and new. Some hair in the shower drains and a slightly ajar bathroom door were the only very minor issues. I highly recommend this cabin.
