Unbeatable location with bay views. Relaxed beachside accommodation with kitchen/dining/living areas in the treetops to capture the beautiful north facing outlook towards Sorrento and Port Phillip Bay.

Elevated Relaxed Living
A large welcoming dining table seats 8 adults comfortably. Guests will notice the view on arrival but it is the passing of ships on the channel and regattas at Blairgowrie yacht club that people really enjoy during their stay. Extensive deck with modern outdoor furniture are all on the upper level making entertaining easy.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Ground floor -Master bedroom with ensuite (KS bed). 3 more bedrooms on ground floor in separate wing to master bedroom (QS/QS/Bunk) A combined bathroom/laundry is also on the ground floor.
First floor - 1 bedroom with direct access to first floor powder room
Outside - bathtub with hot and cold hand shower is outside.

Natural Environment
The house has extensive north facing decks and is set in well maintained gardens which feature lawn areas and indigenous Moonah and Ti Trees. Living area climate is controlled with reverse cycle AC/Heating. There is no AC in bedrooms.

Please note:
1) Rates exclude linen. Guests may choose to bring their own sheets and towels, or have it provided for an additional $30 pp per stay on request.
2) Strictly no Schoolies bookings accepted. We unfortunately do not have the security processes in place to ensure a suitable environment for large groups of young people.
