Inside, there are four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a spacious living room, a reading area, a fully functional kitchen, and small spaces. Outside, there are balcony, deck, barbecue area, sala pavilions, small garden as well as outdoor small pool. It's a house large enough for all to be together and one to be alone. With sound of continuous waves and easy breeze, it creates always airy and pleasant atmosphere. The house faces ocean overlooking to beach below. To reach the beach, it is 2 min to Phayun beach, 7 min to Phala beach by car, slightly longer by bicycle.

This townhome is in a low-traffic area for tourists. It is a unique getaway suitable for those who opt for calmness and tranquility. The house is in Rayong province where it is interspersed with flat plains, fruit plantations, islets and islands, and natural attractions. The province is also known for its pristine beaches stretching a long coastline, as well as sea produce and tropical fruits growing in the area that is abundant all year round.

Aside from attractions in the province, closer to home is a small-town feel. It is where simple life ways of the locals stay close to their traditions and daily customs.
