This brand new guesthouse offers the perfect location for anybody wanting to visit one of Australia's most iconic beaches, Palm Beach. An easy walk to the Pittwater and a couple of minutes drive to the beach, you'll love this place for it's privacy, comforts, easy flat access and location - cafes, restaurants, wedding venues and parks all within a short distance. Perfect for small families or couples.

This brand-new guesthouse is uniquely positioned. Located on the flat of Barrenjoey Road – a rare find in these parts – there’s easy access to Pittwater beaches and parks and just walk across the road to cafes, shops and restaurants. Plus, only a short drive to Palm beach, the backdrop to Summer Bay! You can’t get more convenient than this location to enjoy the best of the Northern Beaches. This property is also perfect for people attending weddings in the area as most of the popular venues are only minutes away. We can even organise a babysitter for you.

The property is set on the front-end of the block so you’re not looking onto anyone. It has its own private entrance, private deck and garden area and private outdoor shower – perfect for a rinse off after a day at the beach. Inside you’ll enjoy the air-conditioning on hotter days, free Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and brand-new sparkling bathroom. The space is open-plan living with a kitchen with dishwasher and gas cook-top, dining and lounge room. There are two decent sized bedrooms; one with a queen bed, the other with two king singles. There is also a fold out single bed that – please note that a fifth guest will incur a cost of $50 and there is a 5 guest maximum. The bathroom has an over-sized shower head and there’s even a washing machine. There are plenty of parking options with free on-street parking and off-street parking for one car. Other perks include a high-chair, a comfy lounge, full sized fridge and a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player and DVDs to choose from.

All guests have access to a huge range of concierge services available through cushie to ensure your stay is perfect. Services include baby equipment, in-house massages, yoga classes, surfboard and SUP hire and lessons, romantic dinner for two, platters, breakfast hampers - the list is endless! You can tailor the perfect holiday or weekend getaway. You will also have guest support throughout your stay and premium toiletries and quality linen supplied.

Guests have full access to the guesthouse and the deck and garden area attached. They also have access to one off-street parking space.

The owners live on the property but do not actively interact with the guests. As a cushie property you have guest support available throughout your stay. The level of contact is completely up to you - we can act as a local guide or leave you to discover and fall in love with everything the Northern Beaches have to offer.

This property sits right across the road from a group of shops with cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The Pittwater is only a short stroll away and the beaches there are perfect for young kids or for a relaxing dip. There's even a great park for the kids to play at. Palm Beach surf beach is only a 5 minute drive or bus away and Whale Beach and Avalon Beach are also close by. As for restaurants, you are close to fine dining at Jonah's or Barrenjoey House in Palm Beach and Starfish and Bistrot Boulevard in Avalon. There are also a number of casual restaurants and cafes and the best fish and chips on the Northern Beaches is in walking distance. There are buses right outside the door that take you into Avalon or Palm Beach villages, to the surrounding beaches and in to Sydney city.

This property is STRICTLY a NON-SMOKING property both INSIDE and OUTSIDE areas.

Please note that there is a a $20 surcharge if the BBQ has been used and not cleaned and a $50 surcharge if the remote for the garage is broken or lost :)
Terms & Conditions
- Strictly no smoking inside and outside areas of the property
- No parties. If you wish to invite any further guests, even for a short time, to the property please seek prior permission
- Please respect the surrounding neighbours. Please keep noise inside between 10 pm & 7 am. Fines will apply for excessive noise which results in complaints and continued complaints may result in eviction with no refund granted
- Please ensure you follow the checkout instructions located in the guest manual
- Excessive rubbish left at the property, over and above the standard will be charged back to the guest, $20, for removal
- Please advise us if something gets broken upon checkout so we can be sure to replace for the next guests
- Strictly no parties. This property sits on dual occupancy so please be mindful of the noise levels at all times and respect the neighbours.
