We love this place! Things worked out great here for our family. Walk across the street to the beach, or hang out on the property at the pool and hot tub. Security was good and communication was good too

Really easy communicating with the I trip hosts via text. They were super responsive. Great relaxing retreat with access to close amenities. While we brought our own stuff, there were lots of Beach and pool items available in the unit, which was nice. Host allowed us to send a small Amazon package to their office and super accommodating getting it handed off. We had one small issue with internet not working that was not able to be fixed during our stay, but was addressed appropriately to our satisfaction.

Trip in June 2026

The condo was great for the most part. We did report the lack of the condo being cleaned properly. The floors were not mopped and counters were not clean. Also had bugs near the sink. All was reported per a text message with pictures.

The Palms Treasure Island #101

We had a wonderful time, the condo is perfect! It is very clean, comfortable and mostly quiet (there was roof construction being done during part of our stay but otherwise quiet). The side balcony off the master bedroom was great, we spent a lot of time there. It’s across from the beach, next to the market and very close to restaurants and bars. It had everything we needed except a mop! We were there for 3 weeks and I cook a lot so a mop would have been handy. The only other issue (and not a big deal really) is the sheets on the king size bed are not the best quality and they are too small, didn’t fit the bed quite right. We highly recommend this spot!!

Spring break

We loved our stay. The facilities were wonderful and worked well for our family of four (with two small kiddos). Convenient to beach and groceries and very spacious. Thank you!

In the end it was great!!!!

We had some issues when we first got there, but the communication was absolutely amazing and they worked through them. They went above and beyond to help us out, and I would absolutely go back in a heartbeat.

Family Spring Break

Great property and location! Pool was awesome. Never too busy. Beach was nice and close. Our kids loved Johns Pass. We already miss it being there!

The condo was spacious and clean. We could see the Boca Ciega Bay/Channels and the beach from either end of the condo. The facility felt safe and had easy access coded doors. Parking was also great. It was an easy walk to the beach and Publix, as well as several other restaurants like Sloppy Joes, Britt's, and several ice-cream parlors. The host was very responsive. The pool was nice. We loved its setting where you can see the bay-channel.The pull-out sofa mattress is inadequate (zero padding... just like laying on a chainlink fence) - luckily a roll-away bed with a much better mattress was provided in the room but its pretty small. Lastly, the blinds in second bedroom did not close, so due to the security and street-lights outside, the room was not dark at all.

The condo was wonderful. Very spacious and clean with a view of the bay off one balcony and beach across the street. The Publix next door was great as well. The entire area was quiet and comfortable. We will be back.

Location was great

Our biggest complaint were the beds. All of our backs hurt from sleeping on them. Otherwise the property was nice. The pool and hot tub were great. The location to the beach, Publix and other spots was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for breakfast and lunch- nothing elaborate.

Perfect place

The building and pool area was very nice and our condo was perfect! The elevator was a pain as it was slow and didnt work very well but we were on the first floor so we could use the stairs alot. We will be back

Beds, cleanliness & kitchen

Beds were not comfortable, place was not as clean as it could have been & kitchen not well stocked with cooking gear.

Thanks for the feedback. We do understand that mattress firmness is a personal preference. We purchased some good quality beds, but may be a bit on the firmer side. If our guests are uncomfortable, we are happy to provide a foam topper. Just let us know!

101 Palms of Treasure Island

We were very pleased with this unit. It was spotlessly clean with nice amenities. We were spoiled with having 2 balconies, and didn't realize when we booked that one of the balconies even had a bit of an ocean view. It was very convenient having a Publix next door, too. It was a little confusing trying to figure out how to get into the condo building when we arrived, but some other guests helped us out. We would definitely consider staying at this location again.

Very clean with many restaurants in walking distance

The condo was very clean when we got there, with all the amenities you need. The sheets weren’t the softest, but smelled very fresh. We enjoyed the ease of walking basically across the street to get to the beach, and also liked sitting in the pool. Having a Publix (and a new ice cream shop!) right next door is great, especially for people with children. You don’t really know it’s there because the parking entrance is off the other side of the building! There are many restaurants within walking distance; pizza (Britts), fine Italian (Gigi’s), above average bar food (Ricky T’s/Sloppy Joes), and even breakfast (Sloppy Joes). The only thing we would have liked is to have a keypad on the south stairs entrance. You need a key to get in that way.

Stay near the Beach

Overall we had a good time, the only complaint is, is the decor of the place was run down and musky! You shouldn’t have furniture that has marks on them and just about ever dresser had them, the kitchen floor needs to be replaced even though they cleaned them it is run down! The patio furniture needs updating as well! location was great, close to everything and the Gulf right across the street! 5 star not but a solid 3 mostly because of location and easy booking and owners had everything ready from check in to check out!

Large condo

The condo was large and comfortable. We had some issues in the first week that were taken care of easily. Only real problem was that the glass cooktop on the stove cracked and they finally gave us a hot plate, but communication was not very good on that issur
