A charming family and pet friendly holiday rental situated in Carrickalinga with a short walk to the beach!

A great opportunity for a small family or friends to relax in Carrickalinga. Sleeps up to 8 in total including kids (maximum 6 adults).

Easy walk to the beach or commute to Normanville and all its facilities. As well as being secluded by trees and a fully fenced backyard to bring the pet along too.

Main bedroom includes a queen bed, desk with chair to work from home, or sit back and read a book or enjoy a cuppa. Main bedroom opens into the dining/ living/ kitchen area.

Dining includes an extendable dining table that seats 8-10 with bay window for views.

- 2x couches
- 3x Reverse cycle aircons to cool/heat the lounge, dining room and kitchen as well as both bedrooms
- Large flat screen TV & DVD
- TV screen, with built in DVD player, in 2nd bedroom. Bring own game console (Wii, Playstation, X-Box) - ideal for keeping the kids occupied when beach time is over for the day!
- Range of DVDs, books and board games provided to suit all ages and a variety of tastes

Kitchen includes gas oven and stove top, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and microwave with ample bench space. From the kitchen you can access the 2nd bedroom with sofa (folds out to a double bed) and two sets of bunk beds or the separate bathroom and toilet. Both bedrooms have fans and air conditioning.

Bathroom with bath and shower, and separate toilet.

Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier available.

Large backyard with veggie patch and grassed area. Under cover patio area for entertaining outside. Chairs and tables stored in large shed. BBQ available. Lots of room for the family and pets!

Table tennis table, dartboard, drinks fridge and couch in the large shed for fun games and relaxation.

Plenty of area to park cars and a boat.

PLEASE NOTE: A mandatory cleaning fee applies per stay. Doonas and pillows available - please bring your own linen, towels and tea towels.
