Place was very clean and rooms were as described. Check in and check out was very simple and pain free. Pool was warm and clean. A couple of the appliances could use some TLC, but otherwise great place to stay.

If you don’t care about utilizing the kitchen, then this house is perfect. Unfortunately that’s one of the reasons I rent a house and not a hotel. The refrigerator leaks and creates a big puddle of water on the floor. The microwave did NOT work, the toaster, did NOT work. And there was a burner knob missing, so you can only use three. There was no blow dryer( and I checked all bathrooms and cabinets). One of the bathrooms has grout missing in between the tiles and made it very sharp to stand and shower. Also you can’t have cars on the street, which is perfectly fine since there is a garage, however the electric garage opener also did not work. We decided to try and open the garage as it did and does not lock. So any random can come and just open the garage door! Good thing is there is a door going into the house from the garage, and it has 2 locks. The house was clean, and pool was clean. Overall if the few things were fixed or replaced the house would be perfect.

I wish we were told the community pool wasn’t open during our stay since the house pool heater was not operational. Besides that it was a perfect stay close to Disney and universal. Plenty of space and very reasonably priced.

It was a great House. It was just little minor things that was wrong. Like the kids bedroom closet doors was not on track the closet inside the kitchen was off track the stove noob to turn the eye on was also broken other than that the household clean and very comfortable and we did have a problem with the trash due to the raccoons but would book again

The host was unresponsive for 8 days prior to the reservation, did not respond to VRBO when called by them, and only engaged in communication 24 hours after the VRBO support call was placed.

Pool was cleaned couple days after arrival. Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Some cleaning to home outside back of house would be nice. Overall it is a beautiful home, clean & it a very quite area. Thank you.

The location was great - near lots of restaurants and shopping and only 20 minutes from Disney. The price point was also great. Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken and the community pool was closed. The company did refund for the pool heater fee though, so they made it right. The house could use some updating/refreshing but again, great deal overall. I loved that the pool had the childproof fence and that the sliding door also had a childproof lock. Most places do not take these precautions and traveling with 3 small children, this was incredibly helpful!

The pool was very nice, we used it every day. The laundry was good. One thing we wish we had known was that all of the bedrooms were upstairs. This was difficult for our family member that was disabled. Bathrooms were great. Kitchen was sparsely stocked, no spices at all.

When you would text them, they would take 3 to 4 days to respond back to you next-door. Neighbors were repairing start repairing about seven in the morning. We’re not finished until five in the afternoon hammering and drooling all morning. We asked for blankets and comforters, and they said they didn’t have any available Authorize the house was OK. It was clean. The pool was a little bit cold but my family enjoyed anyway. on the rise everything was very close to the house shopping. Walmart target was nearby.

Though the house was clean, we woke up every morning to no less than two dozen centipedes on the living room and kitchen floors. We would clean them up and more would just appear. They didn't seem to be upstairs. The pool was nice, however, it was dirty when we arrived and was never cleaned during our 5 day visit. The shower in the bedroom with king size bed was clogged, water was up to your ankles by the time you were done showering. I called Diego the first morning we were there. He said to send a message through VRBO (he works for a company called Rentandfun that manage this house and hundreds of other houses) to give the maintance people permission to enter the house while we were not there. No one ever came. The appliances are very old. The fridge leaked water our whole visit. We had to leave a towel on the floor in front of it our whole stay. Something to be aware of if you're running on a tight schedule, as we were because we were there for Nationals for volleyball, is the front gate. Only one gate was available to us with one security guard. There was always a line to get back in to our rental. We waited 40 minutes at one point, though most of the time it was 5-20 minutes waiting time.

Family vacation

Everything was near by and easy to drive to. We attended our granddaughter's national VB tournament at the Orange county convention center. The house was great for our stay. Furniture is outdated with stains and the dinning table is oversized with broken chairs. The crisper was broken so we couldn't use it. We couldn't open our can goods due to no can opener so we returned the can goods back. The house wasn't stoked with enough tp nor paper towels nor over trays.The rooms are spacious but all the beds were very uncomfortably, felt like we were sleeping on box springs.

We stayed from August 1–11 and overall had a great experience. The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect, and the location was excellent—close to everything we needed. The appliances all worked well (fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, TVs), and check-in/out was simple. Communication was also excellent—any questions we had were answered quickly.On the downside, some vents were dusty, The fridge water filter was red needed replacment, a few utensils weren’t clean, and we were left with a used sponge for dishes. Kitchen supplies were limited—there was no baking tray for things like pizza or rolls and no measuring cups, so we had to make a quick trip to Dollar Tree for basics. Paper products were also limited; with six people for a 10-day stay, we had to purchase extra toilet paper and paper towels. Additionally, the blanket in the master bedroom had old food stuck on it, which was disappointing.Overall, it’s a lovely home with great service, and with a few small improvements it would be even better for future guests.

This has to be the worst villa I have stayed in over 40 years travelling to florida, the communication was terrible , the villa itself well where do i start.No smoke alarm on ground floor, broken leaking fridge, which i believe was also mentioned in a previous review, broken bed , dishwasher door faulty, hand rail on stairs loose, Ants every day covering kitchen work top, the microwave kept tripping electrics, no pool net to clean pool, the pool was full of bugs and unusable for first 3 days,the entry door was faulty had to shake the handle up and down took 20 mins one night to get back into villa.Not enough dishes for our party of 7 , sink in downstairs toilet blocked up the whole stay.The back of the villa the windows are covered in green moss and walls look like black mould.All the issues were reported and raised with VRBO and we requested a move under the guarantee but to no avail, we were offered 20%discount from them and host. The host dismissed the issues and vrbo were sent photos and videosThe only positive about the villa is location.If your considering booking DONT

Family of 7, stayed for 4 nights. We had a wonderful time. Gated community was great, house was welcoming. Pool was fantastic and easy access to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The pool wasnt ready to use until day 4 of our stay (i sent in pictures), the home had blood spots on the floor which I took pictures and sent in, the kitchen had only had one small skillet, the bathroom had no light also communicated that and was told it would be fixed on day 2 of our stay and it wasn't, one closet door in the twin size room was off the hinges causing a safety concern, the breaker constantly needed to be flipped when using the microwave. The communication was very difficult. I am awfully unpleased and dissatisfied with how things were handled during our stay.
