Little Plenty Beach House

This iconic beach house by the sea with it's manicured lawns and beautiful gardens along with sunny timber decks, provides the perfect getaway to simply relax.

Tucked away in a quite position down a long driveway it has delightful views out over the ocean and down to Penguin Head. The home has three bedrooms including a separate large guest room that has its own deck area. Polished floorboards and crisp white walls ensure a cheerful and relaxed interior, renovated where it counts without losing its nostalgic charm. With no direct street frontage the only sound you will hear is the sound of the waves.

You can relax and take in the lovely views or stroll down your own private track to enjoy a swim or walk along the beach.


Perfect beach front retreat for families or couples

Check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am, unless otherwise agreed.

House limited to 6 people (preferably 4 adults). Consists of three bedrooms - a master bedroom with a large king bed, second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two single beds.

Please note that the master bedroom is separated from the main house by a short walk across a deck (please just note for sleeping arrangements if there are young children).

The house is not available for weddings or functions.

Long Weekends - only three nights accepted.
