CURNOWS BENDIGO RENTAL

Curnows is a relaxing Holiday House with modern, comfortable furnishings. Suitable for couples or families,the house has 3 large bedrooms, each with ceiling fan. There is an open plan kitchen/lounge area with ducted airconditioning. The kitchen has an electric stove and cook top, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster with complimentary tea & coffee on arrival. The Loungeroom has a smart tv, and excellent free wifi, passwords etc are provided in the guest book. Curnows has 1 bathroom with a full size bath and separate shower. There is a laundry with a fully automatic washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, there is also a clothes line in the backyard with pegs provided. Australian Standards portacot available on request, and high chair for your toddler. Linen and towels are freshly changed before your stay. If you are staying for longer than 1 week, they can also be changed midstay on request. Outside there is outdoor furniture on a lovely covered deck. Curnows is a well presented 3 bedroom home in popular Golden Square, only 4km to the City Centre. Close to major supermarkets and hospital with public transport close by. Major tourist attractions, including the talking tram, Bendigo Stadium, and other sporting facilities, with some of Bendigo's best restaurants and major takeaway outlets all only a short drive away.

Conditions of Stay

Bookings with a lead time of less 1 month will be requested to pay in full within 5 days of booking.
Booking with a longer lead time will be required to pay a 25% deposit within 7 days of booking.

There are to be no parties on the premises.
Maximum no. of 3 cars parked at the property.
No smoking
Appropriate use of bunks to be observed.
Proper use of BBQ and gas bottle at all times.
Children are not to be left unattended in the bath.
Please respect noise levels in regards to our neighbours.
Check in time is 2pm.
Check out time is 10am


Cancellation Policy.

Refunds for payments made will be returned based on: Cancellations of less than 48hrs, will incur a 20% admin fee.
Cancellations with more than 48hrs notice, will incur a 15% fee.
