This unit is in the North Tower facing the mountain. COMMENTS FROM OUR OTHER GUESTS TELL IT ALL! Read about our previous guests who have thoroughly enjoyed our place. This unit is located at the base of Steamboat's Mount Werner. Less than 200 yds to the mountain. You can look directly at the mountain from our master bedroom and bath.

With a scenic creek-side walking path to Gondola Square. THIS CONDO IS AN EASY WALK TO THE MOUNTAIN. The Terraces at Eagle Ridge provides the finest amenities. Including a shuttle service to and from the mountain. Although it is a very short walk. There is underground parking for our guests for one car. This keeps you from worrying about keeping the snow off your car. You can relax in our heated outdoor pool and hot tub, or wander the Burgess Creek walking path to one of the many restaurants and stores. For your convenience there is a grocery store just a few short steps from the condo. The Wild Plum Grocery Store and liquor store is less than 50 yds from our unit.
There is a locker available to store your skis and poles in the garage of the Terraces.


This luxurious, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located on the second floor which can be reached by stairs or elevator. For your convenience we have a washer and dryer in our unit. Our unit has 3 TELEVISIONS and an IPOD dock with a stereo. This unit has been professionally decorated to keep your comfort in mind. Granite counter tops and slate floors. The carpet in the family room. The Terraces is heated by a boiler, so you don't have a constant need for baseboard heat. This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. This unit is stocked with basic necessities to make your stay more enjoyable, i.e. shampoo, cream rinse, soap, hair dryers. THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT. We will work with our renters to try and provide the best experience possible.

Master bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a view from this bedroom of the ski mountain. The second bedroom has a bunk bed which is a twin and a full. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. We have a New Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room. Free high-speed internet provided.

Our guests enjoy having the shuttle that will take you to and from the mountain. This shuttle is only available during the ski season.

Very good condo.

I needed a place that was wheelchair accessible and Linda responded in a timely manner. We found the kitchen well appointed and cooked great meals there. We saw a moose walking down the street and a bear crossing the road from the patio.

Family ski trip for Spring Break

Really enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely Spring Break ski trip with our 2 kids (6 & 8 yrs old). The place was plenty large enough for a family of 4, was very clean and comfortable, about a 10-min walk to the ski lifts/base and had a nice pool and hot tub to relax in after each day of skiing.

Cozy and Convenient

This property is very clean, comfortable and well-supplied. It is a short walk from the base of the mountain. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Great location

This was the perfect location for our ski vacation! Enjoyed the short path to the slopes and all the restaurants close by. Linda was great to communicate with. We would stay here again!

Great location - super responsive hosts.

The place was great. Had plenty of room for 6. Great location - 4 min walk to gondola. Kitchen was perfect with a drip coffee pot. Beds very comfortable.One minor issue.My brother is in a wheelchair (steamboats adaptive program is excellent) and the unit had plenty of room for him with an elevator. BUT there are stairs to hot tub (if there was a handicapped ramp the snow was piled up on it). Not a deal breaker but i didn’t see that info in the details.Overall:Great location QuietDescription was an exact match Plenty of space inside condoSuper helpful and responsive hosts

Great Condo Close to Mountain

My wife and I stayed for 12 days with our 5 month old baby. The place was great, and there was enough room for my parents to visit for a few days and babysit while we skied. The kitchen was a little smaller than it seemed in the photos, but the place was clean, all the appliances were great, and the hot tub was lovely. We would recommend!

Extended stay ski trip

Thanks to Covid, remote work is a thing. So we were able to stay 3 weeks...work a little, play a lot! We skied, we snowshoed, we hot tubbed, we apres skied, we ate great food. Fantastic location, well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable space for the 4 of us (2 couples). Shuttle comes about every 15 minutes. We did walk to the base a couple of times...feels a bit long carrying skis and wearing ski boots, but it is absolutely doable. Much better if you wear regular boots and rent a locker at the base. The hot tub is kept HOT and the pool is actually really comfortable. Absolutely amazing time-would Definitely stay here again!

Condo was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Even with receiving over 6" of snow, the walk from the condo to the slopes was easy. Highly recommend a storage locker at the base of the ski slopes.

An adult family ski week trip. The property is exactly as described and shown in the listing. Clean and comfortable with a great location. 5 minute walk to the gondola. Condo owners manage your stay and they were friendly, informative and attentive. Will absolutely stay there again!

Great place for a small family

The location is close to the ski resort. The kitchen has all of the necessities. The owners have a locker for you to store your ski gear in so the walk is very pleasant.

Location, Location location

We chose this place because of how close it was to ski town square and the market. The bus system in steamboat is great but to be able to walk everywhere is even better. The place was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the fireplace, the great cable package to enjoy movies and cooking in the kitchen. The humidifiers were also appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

New Years vaca in Steamboat

This was our 2nd time staying here and everything was great again. Great value considering the unit, parking, and location. Also opted for optional ski locker in the base village (Steamboat Ski Lockers next to waffle shop) which was super convenient (was tight but fit 4 skis and poles). ~ 3 to 5 min walk to base village. Free shuttle is also available.

Great Location and Overall Wonderful Stay!

Linda and Michael were great hosts! Their communication was super! Their condo was clean and comfortable, within a short walk to the mountain, the wild plum grocery store, town transit and ski rental shop. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The humidifiers for the bedrooms were great! As other renters mentioned, the dryer takes a long time, and needs to be checked, as it had to be restarted a couple of times to fully dry everything. The hot tub and pool were a welcome respite after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, great location. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this condo! We loved the location for an easy walking distance from the base and shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped (we used it every night!) and also enjoyed access to the hot tub and pool which were great after a day of skiing. There was plenty of space for 4 of us to relax, and having a second bathroom was super convenient. Linda was a lovely host who gave us recommendations and was easy to communicate with! All in all a wonderful experience and would stay again! Thanks Linda and Michael!

Great condo in convenient location

We stayed at the condo for five nights for a family ski trip. Condo is located close to the gondola base, bus stop and numerous shops and restaurants. Linda was awesome with providing recommendations for travel arrangements. Condo is well equipped and clean. We really enjoyed our stay in Steamboat.

Nice place for small family or a few friends

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was conveniently located in easy walking distance to the gondola and base area, and is well-appointed. It was perfect for our group of 3. The only suggestion is to NOT take the shuttle to the base, unless you have some sort of physical limitation. Adds an easy 20 min to the process as the other stop takes you further from the base, and normally includes a small army of people. Did that once, never again.

We are from Flower Mound, TX. . We love Steamboat. We love skiing, biking, fly fishing and golf. My husband was a ski instructor for 4 years. He loves the powder that Steamboat provides.
We have two properties at the Terraces at Eagle Ridge.
We love to share a place we enjoy with other families.
One of the best things about our place is it is very close to the Mountain.
So close, we walk there. Across the street from a Grocery Store and Restaurant.
No need to ride the shuttle, you can walk to the mountain quickly.

We picked this place because we have a view looking at the mountain out of the master bedroom and are less than 10 minutes to the mountain. It is an easy walk. There is a grocery store in 50 yards from our place and restaurants.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love the view out of our Master Bedroom. We love that there is a grocery store/liquor store less than 50 yds from our condo. They have FRESH PASTRIES EVERY MORNING. The mountain is less than 200 yds from our unit. The Terraces has a shuttle during ski season, but we find it close enough to walk. There is a very large Heated Pool and Hot tub that is rarely crowded. There is an elevator so you never have to drag your suitcases up stairs. We have a heated underground garage so we don't have to scrape snow off our car.
