For out-of-town/country travelers, our telephone provides convenient talks to loved ones NATIONALLY. Besides being located in a quiet cul-de-sac street in an owner-occupied neighborhood built in 2006, our xfinity alarm system assures our guests of extra safety. Guests have entire property to themselves; owner/managers/cleaners won't be on-site unless to take care of urgent matters brought to our attention i.e. maintenance, cleaners forgot to replenish supplies or didn't do a proper cleaning job, etc.
Guests can also take advantage of our xfinity wifi system for all the local hotspots in the area! Health-conscious guests will enjoy our juicer and high-tech blender to make wonderful juices, smoothies, and nut butters for friends, families, and/or coworkers to enjoy.
For guests with children, we have a playpen, sports gears, kid utensils, toys, high chairs (booster seats), and baby tub. Guests who desire some peace and quiet will either enjoy sleeping upstairs in our comfortable beds with black-out curtains or working in our provided desks and leather chairs (wifi printer conveniently provided). Each bedroom has an alarm clock so guests can make sure they are on schedule =)
For our guests' comfort, all sheets, linens, and towels are high quality, 100% cotton. For extra cleanliness, every comforter is covered with white duvets (except kids' room), and every bed has mattress protectors underneath the white sheets. Each bed has 2-4 pillows.

Enjoy the convenience of Walmart, 24/7 bulk grocery store Winco, and many other local conveniences less than 5 minutes driving distance. Enjoy internationally-renowned Yosemite, Sequoia, or Kings Canyon National Park, within 1-2 hours driving.
Please contact my local partner for any maintenance or cleaning issues 24/7. Guests may also reach out to me by phone for any questions or other issues. After guests check-in, I will also periodically call to make sure all needs are met.

As a caring Vietnamese-American, I continually ask myself the question, "If I am a guest, what will I need the most in order to take care of those with me?" I have come up with the following lists: 1. Safety - I need peace of mind to know I am in a crime-free neighborhood, and I feel safe. 2. Privacy, especially some private office spaces and bedrooms away from social noise for me to either work or relax 3. Health - I need a quiet & clean place with comfortable beds & nice temperature for good rest, with some exercise gears to energize me, and with a kitchen stocked with great appliances to cook nutritious homemade meals to take care of those with me 4. Convenience. Easy check-in, maintenance-free property, some toys & games to preoccupy my kids so I can have some time to myself, some basic essentials, and close to local supermarkets, restaurants, convenient stores, gym, parks, pharmacies, & hospitals for emergencies. 5. Plenty of free, safe, on-site parking, even if I have an RV or big truck. I hate waking up worrying about citations or wondering if my car has been towed or stolen. 6. Availability. If something does breakdown during my stay or something is missing that I might need, my host is quick to respond & get it resolved within 24-hours. 7. Something fun & relaxing. 8. Affordability. Reasonable price is definitely a bonus! In all my listings, I strive to eliminate most common problems associated with vacation rentals so my guests can have a wonderful time at my place. As a home away from home, tourists, big groups, family reunions, weddings, business travelers, families, coaches, professionals, and/or relocators can enjoy +2800 sq. ft space beautifully decorated with antique art from various countries. Whether it be socializing in our comfortable couches and recliners, enjoying smores infront of our fireplace, relaxing in a jacuzzi, tasting exotic native Vietnamese fruits i.e. longan and sweesop, eating healthy, delicious homemade meals in 2 dining tables with leather seat cushions (seats +12), BBQing with your friends, groups, or family members, entertaining friends with our rare pianola (you won't find this antique anywhere else! sorry, musical roll is too old to be self-playing), exercising using our gym equipments, watching TVs through netflix or sling cable TV, playing indoor games such as puzzles, board games, glass chess, air hockey, pool, table tennis, ping pong, table soccer, or enjoying outdoor games such as basketball, football, or baseball in our yards, we have something for everyone, from infants up to adults.
This neighborhood is very unique. It was built in 2006, so in a newer development that is mostly owner-occupied. Our house is in a cul-de-sac street for extra safety and quietness. Most people here are either young working adults or young families. Neighbors are a perfect picture of America's melting pot, ranging from Filipino, Hispanic, Caucasian, Indian, Armenian, African American, etc., and they all get along and watch out for each other's welfare.
Depending on time of the day, our house is located away from the traffic of metropolitan and/or touristic area but close enough to many convenient stores for grocery shopping. Yet at the same time, it is close enough for tourists to visit zoos, national parks, etc.
