This three bedroom unit was perfect for our family. The young adults stayed downstairs and my husband and I were upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped. It is in a nice neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. We would stay there again.

Beautiful, spacious getaway

We had a wonderful trip! House was large enough for two families and the hot tub was perfect for sunset relaxation.

Wonderful week at Seabrook

I loved this house because we had our grown children and our grandchildren stay with us and they had the whole downstairs to themselves. It was awesome.

Perfect beach home!

We really enjoyed our stay! The living areas were very roomy and comfortable and the bedrooms were as well. Everything was very clean and Leeanne was a super host- helpful and accommodating. The windows provide nice views and a lot of light. The beautiful beach is a short walk from the house.

great beach house

We were 8 adults staying in the winter for a long weekend. There was plenty of room, beds were comfortable, clean, owner very nice, great view of sunset and short walk to beach. TV's in each room. Had a wonderful time! Cant wait for next year!

Wonderful accommodations with amazing views!

My family enjoyed our week in this clean and efficient beach house tremendously! The open floor plan on the main floor was perfect for us to gather. The harbor views and sunsets were amazing! Our host was extremely accommodating and was there to greet us and show us around. The house is a quick walk to the beach and close to all beach attractions! We're coming back!!

Excellent time!

The house is exactly as described and in a location that was easy enough to walk to where we wanted to go! Leanne made check in/check out a breeze and was very pleasant to deal with! We had such a great time even though it rained for a full day we were there. The size of the house made it easy enough for us all to play games and just enjoy being there even during the rain! The hot tub was a great addition. We will definitely be back!

Perfect!!

Leeanne and her boyfriend are very nice! The location of her house is perfect! Across from the bay and a 5 min walk to Seabrook Beach. We had plenty of parking for 2 full sized double cab trucks. The outside shower was great for rinsing of our little beach goers! All of the kids games/activities was an added bonus. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We can't wait for our vacation next year!!!

Great house with amazing sunsets

The house is very nice and up to date. The upstairs is open concept and the side facing the water has large windows with great views. The house is very comfortable and the home owner is very easy to work with. The house comes with everything you need to just show up and relax and enjoy yourself. The house is located in an easy to get to spot and actuall has decent parking. Large outdoor deck with a grill and hottub over looking the water. There is a small beach accross the street within easy walking distance. Will definitely be renting the house again.

Fabulous home with extraordinary harbor views

The property was as pictured in the photos. The owner was totally gracious and helpful with any questions or concerns. Upon seeing the home, our grandchildren exclaimed "Can we live here?" The really close beach access was a wonderful surprise. Seabrook Beach is outstanding...just a short walk down the street. When here you are only 6 miles from quaint and exciting Newburyport and a bit further to historic Portsmouth, and 25 miles from Kennebunk, ME. You could not ask for more. We are planning to return next year for another wonderful week. Thanks, Leeanne!

Best place ever

This was the perfect place for us. Had everything we needed and then some. I would definitely recommend taking a shower in the outdoor shower lol. Will definitely come back

Wonderful time at the beach

This lovely home was beautifully furnished, well-equipped, spacious, in great repair, featured views of the harbor and was just a short walk to an uncrowded beach. If you like to cook, you are near fresh seafood and produce, and the kitchen and grill are chef-ready. There was ample parking, and easy access by car. Leeanne was gracious and hospitable, and we hope to return next year with more of the family.

Great spot for sunset

Leanne was very accommodating and showed us the property as soon as we got there. Gave us sheets since we forgot them. It was a great place for the weekend.

Great fourth of july

Leeanne was very helpful and accommodating to us. She showed us where everything was, and gave us extra floats and coolers and chairs. The house is in the perfect area with a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to restaraunts and a beautiful view. Thank you again!

unfair withholding of security deposit

We had a great stay but were shocked that the owner withheld a large portion of our security deposit saying that we had not cleaned (although we had). She said she had a video evidence, but refused to share it, which I think means it was actually clean. If you rent this property you should figure into the cost a loss of your security deposit.

Of the $500 security deposit we withheld $100 since there was dirt and hair on the floor/$50 due to sand in the hot tub - I did a video noting what I saw, but did not get so close to the floor so you could see anything...I send documentation relating to the rental that needs to be agreed to prior to renting/noting that if you do not make an attempt to clean/we see the house has not been vacuumed, we will charge you - we give you the chance to clean and to not have to pay cleaning fees/also note that you need to rinse off before going into the hot tub/we have an outside shower - I review the unit after each rental and would rather people clean it - we then have cleaners come and pride ourselves on how clean the unit is/only so much time in between rentals - from my prior reviews you can see that this has never been an issue with other tenants - have even withheld monies from securities when I feel people did not make enough of an attempt to clean and have had them come back again...if tenants can not recognize that they left the unit dirtier than I feel it should be, I will make sure that I do not rent to them again...I disagree with what this tenant is saying below.

This property had everything we needed to enjoy our week at Seabrook. Walking distance to Hampton Beach, beautiful beach’s, walking distance to restaurants, convenience store and more Property owner was responsive and delightful to work with.
