This is a large, very stylish apartment, and suited our family of four well. Despite being in a busy part of Sydney the street and apartment is quiet. It is an easy walk to the harbour at Rushcutters Bay, Kings Cross and Darlinghurst. It was very clean. Our host communicated well and was helpful. Entering on arrival was straightforward. The only issues were an ensuite door that came off the rails, a toilet that flush that needed adjustment, and an older oven and dishwasher that had the writing rubbed away which makes it difficult to see where to turn the knobs. Thanks!

Fantastic property in a wonderful neighborhood
This is a wonderful neighborhood. Great coffee steps away. Lots of young families and dogs. Everyone friendly. Home is as described. Internet worked well. Very comfortable. Beautifully put together. Nice building with friendly neighbors.

Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay for our 11 nights in Rushcutters Bay. We intentionally stayed away from city center, and wanted 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus a full kitchen. Quite a bit of street noise in the unit, as it is on an alley (used to get to parking and garages). In unit instructions could be updated, including how to use the oven since all markings are worn off.

Wonderful location.
As two couples arriving from New Zealand to Darlinghurst, it was an area we knew very little about. The location was excellent with only a short walk to great shopping & down to the waters edge.
Marcus was easy to communicate with & very clear instructions were provided on how to enter property.
We enjoyed our stay & would recommend to others.

En voyage depuis 6 mois avec nos 3 enfants (15, 12 et 8 ans) au moment d'arriver dans cet appartement, nous recherchions un lieu pour nous reposer, mais aussi proche des commodités et des sites à visiter.
Nous souhaitions nous sentir un peu chez nous pour fêter Noël et la nouvelle année!
L'appartement de Marcus a répondu à toutes nos attentes et même au-delà.
Il se trouve dans un quartier très calme, à 10 minutes de marche de la station de Kings Cross, à deux pas des quartiers branchés de Paddington, Darlinghurst ou Woollahra, proche du Ruchcutters Bay Park...
Rien ne manque dans l'appartement.
Un grand merci à Marcus, le propriétaire!

Super cool oversized apartment, in perfect location
Well designed contemporary warehouse apartment that presented great condition. Clean & very well equipped apartment located in a great part of Sydney’s eastern suburbs which offers great access to the Sydney landmarks, as well as train, bus transport, shopping & cafes & restaurants.

No need to compromise on quality and style
The warehouse style appt was centrally located on the fringe of Sydney's CBD, amongst the cafe scene of Darlinghurst, a 2 min walk from Rushcutters Bay Park and close to Bondi Beach.
We stay in Sydney regularly for business and the appt provided us with a home away from home where our usual living standards were met.
The host was super helpful but not in our faces and he even left a manual on how everything works.
The parking was a bonus and easy to manage, the building was secure and we would stay there again.

Very Nice Property in a Great Location.
Stayed at this property while in town on business and it was a great location. Only a 15 minute walk to the office and the walk took by numerous coffee shops and places to eat in the Darlinghurst area.

7 nights in the thick of it
The location was so perfect for our family of 5 - kids 12, 10 and 7. The Paddington 5-ways was an easy walk through the incredibly charming streets, Thomas Dux Grocers having everything you could ever need (at quite a premium!). Darlinghurst and Kings Cross just a short stroll across the pedestrian bridge over the tollway and everything else within simple bustrips started at the end of the street. We found it really easy to drive to Bondi once we got the hang of the McLachlan Ave loop. Rushcutters Park is a gem too and the kiosk there does a lovely lunch. Lots of great coffee within a 100m radius. Apartment's a ripper and is beautifully equipped for self-sufficiency. Only suggestion would be for light sleepers to bring ear-plugs - but that's the big city for you and has nothing to do with the apartment itself. Such a lovely alternative to sterile hotel rooms/highrise apartments - a home away from home. Thanks Marcus!

We had five weeks in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The area is regenerating and has some wonderful cafes & restaurants in close proximity. It is a short walk to the Darlinghurst bars and restaurants. The apartment was a terrific space to work and to relax. Whilst the apartment doesn't have air conditioning, the breeze through the open windows is constant and the ceiling fans work well. All the amenities functioned really well...the wifi, flat screen TV's, the printer as well as everything you would expect from the kitchen and laundry. Marcus was always attentive if we needed any help or direction. We will stay again.

We walked with our boys in strollers, in and out of the city for 4 days sight seeing and then went to the zoo and beach side for the other 3 days. Was fantastic. Excellent communications. Facililites were perfect. Great takeway recommendations for eating in with the littlies. Would love to stay again on our next visit to Sydney. Thanks !! :)

My fiance and I recently moved to Australia from Europe and made the apartment our home when we first arrived. It was a fantastic location to explore Sydney from, super close to all the key sights and walking distance to an array of great restaurants and bars. The local neighbourhoods of Paddington and Darlinghurst are right on the doorstep and highlight everything that makes Sydney such a great place to visit. The apartment itself is very chic, clean, comfortable, and spacious. We especially enjoyed the oversized sofa, fireplace and foxel to get over our jetlag! Marcus, we are already recommending your apartment to our (hopefully!) visiting friends and relatives. Thanks again for a great stay. R&M

Gorgeous Apartment, even better than the photos!! The apartment is super spacious and airy. Marcus has a keen eye for design and we loved the quality features and finishings of the apartment. It felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel that was equiped with all the comforts of home. The location was very central and perfect for us. We were walking distance to the Harbour forshore, great restaurants, cool cafes and trendy boutiques. Marcus was super friendly and went out of his way to share with us his local knowledge. We would love to return to this property.
