Large, comfortable holiday home. It is a spacious 2 storey, 5 bedroom house with the bonus of 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) both with separate toilets. A lovely deck with spectacular views of the lake, makes the stay at Redfern more relaxing.

A fantastic functional open plan kitchen family eating area upstairs, with stunning views of Lake Eildon.

BBQ facilities are available on the deck upstairs and large fully fenced back yard. *Pet friendly with conditions. (Extra fee charged per stay, No pets inside the property at any time. Yard to be cleaned before departure, etc).

Bed linen and bath towels are included.

Wifi is available.

Split system heating /cooling upstairs and downstairs. 2 x upstairs bedrooms also have slit systems.

Minimum night stays apply during specific times of year.

House manual
We have provided a manual at the property with instructions on how to use everything. This includes how to turn on the gas, change gas bottles over along with many more instructions to help make your stay more enjoyable.
(Our property manager is nearby) and is available in emergency situations - please call or message me and I will arrange their attendance.

Redfern Lakehouse is in no way boutique accommodation - it is more of a traditional older style family holiday home with quite a number of modern touches for all guests to enjoy.

THINGS TO DO AT BONNIE DOON/LAKE EILDON

With Lake Eildon only a 400m (approx.) walk you will find plenty to do at Redfern.

Affordable accommodation alternative for winter activities at Mt Buller. Redfern is located an easy 1 hour drive to the top of Mt Buller for some winter fun, including skiing, snowboarding and tobogganing. And for summer fun at Mt Buller you have plenty of bush walks, mountain bike riding and sightseeing to discover.

Summer - Boating, jet skiing, kayaking, swimming and fishing are right at your finger tips.

Bonnie Doon town centre is a 5 minute drive or a pleasant walk along the Rail Trail. There is a service station to refuel your boat with a General Store for last minute shopping, or stroll across the bridge to the Bonnie Doon Pub for a great meal.

If you enjoy 4x4 off road activities and with Fraser National Park & Sheep Yard Flat not too far away, Redfern is a great place to set up base.

A 15 minute drive to Mansfield to explore the cafes and shops, and if necessary a stop at one of the supermarkets.

Rail trail for walking or cycling only a 15 minute walk away.

A great place to rest and to unwind and feel the serenity!
