Location, location, location! I have a direct Ocean Front unit available (Friday April 19- Friday April 26, 2024). Eagles Nest Beach Resort is located directly on Marco Beach between two AAA four diamond resorts. The Marco Island J.W. Marriott Resort on one side and the Marco Beach Ocean Resort on the other. Check out the rates on these resorts and the Hilton Marco Beach Resort a few blocks away and you quickly realize what a great value Eagles Nest offers, especially when you add parking, wi-fi and resort fees those other hotels charge.

Amenities include a pool, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, racquetball court, pool table, ping pong table, and food hut near pool serving light lunches, snacks, mixed drinks, beer and other beverages. Weekly activities vary but usually include water volleyball, poolside bingo, card games, kids activities, massages and aquacise. Parking for one vehicle, internet, cleaning and resort fees are included. Beach chairs are available for rent at the end of the beach boardwalk. Water sports are available next door at Marriott and other locations within walking distance on beach. Numerous bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

The Resort is managed by Hilton Grand Vacations and received the Trip Advisor 2014 Resort of Excellence and RCI’s Gold Crown Resort designation. The condo is located in the tower building (7th Floor) and both the master bedroom and patio face the courtyard and the Gulf of Mexico. The actual room number and floor varies and will be provided prior to check in. The tower rooms start four floors above the ground level offering courtyard and ocean views. All condos were completely remodeled in 2012 and have two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two tv’s, sleeper sofa in living area, full kitchen, washer and dryer and screened porch.

Very Consstent

One thing about staying at Eagles Nest on Marco Island is that you can bet that everything will be as it should be. This year was even better than our last stay in terms of check in. Paige was terrific... most seamless and pleasant check in yet. Love the wrist bands for keys. They are always at the ready. My only complaint would be the people who "reserve" chairs at the pool with a towel, but then are rarely in them, leaving others with none. Also, this year there was a lot of noise from the JW Marriott next door. Still, Eagles Nest is hard to beat. I gave the property manager 5 stars just because the resort is so well run. We never communicated with her. There should be a N/A options there.

Marco vacation

Always great to get back to Marco Island. We have stayed at the Eaglesnest several times. Friendly staff, updated condos, and great beach. The only problem during our stay was the elevators had issues. One was not working at all, and to use the other one was an unbelievable wait time. We ended up carrying our groceries etc up 7 flights of stairs. Having said that, we would go back to the Eaglesnest again.

Spring Break

Very nice, clean and well-maintained condo in premier location. Beautiful view from balcony with easy access to pool and beach. Attentive staff on property. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with location including height, 9th floor, with beach view. Amnenities were great. Availed of close proximity to beach/ocean, the pool, hot tub, BBQ, wifi (good bandwidth) and tennis courts. Will likely return.

Fabulous trip to Marco Island!!!!

Eagle's Nest is a first-class facility! We've been visiting Marco for the past 5 years and this resort is by far one of the best we've stayed at. Our family loved the pool and two spas - there's also a snack bar that serves food and drinks. Our two-bedroom unit was on the 5th floor, which is actually eight floors up as the foyer and reception area is three stories tall. This particular unit was very comfortable with a cozy family room, dining room and great kitchen. The bathrooms were roomy with updated fixtures and counters....even the water pressure was excellent, which other places are lacking in their showers. Beautiful views of the pool area and unobstructed views of the Gulf -- the sunsets were outstanding! There's also a game room, work-out facility and a racketball court w/ basketball .... the kids loved playing in there on one of the rainy days. Steve was great to work with in reserving this unit ... he was proactive, courteous and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He even followed up two days before we left on our vacation asking us to get in touch with him if we had any questions or concerns during our trip. We will definitely be back to Marco again and would highly recommend staying at the Eagle's Nest and working with Steve.

Wonderful Condo

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything was exactly as described and as pictured. The condo is very nice, clean, up to date, everything working, great staff at the check in and check out procedure. The view is amazing from this 5th floor unit (which is actually the 7th floor of the building, the 1st is ground and the lobby is the second and then the floor numbers start). The view and the beach are absolutely beautiful. We would come back here to this unit in a heartbeat. The hardest part of the whole trip was having to leave!

Wonderful condo on a beautiful island

Eagles Nest is situated on a deep stretch of white sand beach in the middle of the long Collier Boulevard collection of hotels and condos. The beach never felt crowded, especially early in the morning and late in the afternoon. and the sunsets were glorious. Shelling at low tide was fabulous. We took home a wide variety of beautiful shells. Our fifth-floor unit was high enough to give us a wonderful view up and down the beach and the large screened balcony was a great place to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon. The condo was more spacious than many, with a large, well-equipped kitchen, a full-sized dining table and chairs that wasn't crowded up against the kitchen or against a wall (as in so many other Florida condos) but had plenty of space at and around it, and a very comfortable living area with a great sofa and two big comfy chairs. All of the furnishings---from the furniture to the mattresses on the beds to the thick, soft towels in the bathrooms---were in great shape. And having a washer-dryer combo in the condo is always wonderful. We also appreciated being so close to so many great restaurants and shops. Being able to pull out of the parking lot right onto Collier Blvd and head either north or south was so convenient. The ground floor lobby had a small area packed with brochures and island tourist magazines, which we used the entire week of our vacation. We're already talking about going back to Marco next winter and hope that we can stay at Eagles Nest again.

Amazing location, perfect view of the sunset!

I traveled with my husband and 2 kiddos under the age of 3. The Eagle's Nest is a fantastic location, just a few steps from the beach. The owners are very family friendly and the facility is very well kept. You can't beat a spot like this in Marco Island. We can't wait to return.
