The house has been designed in two sections. The first section is an airy kitchen, dining and living room with the ceiling on the pool side reaching four metres. The second section is the sleeping zone that has a TV area off the bedrooms. This area can be closed off to create a quiet zone. These sections are buffered by a large entry. Most of the rooms face the pool and garden which makes the house feel very private.

North facing open plan living opens up to your own private courtyard with pool, wooden deck and Ziegler & Brown BBQ. Perfect setting for outdoor entertaining. Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with best quality appliances, polished concrete floor and spotted gum floorboards.

The bedroom wing boasts four bedrooms with comfortable beds and hotel quality linen. Beds are dressed in gorgeous high quality 100% linen. Master with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. The main bathroom has walk-in showers and a deep claw-foot bath for the ultimate indulgence.

Heating & Cooling: There are 3 split systems (2 in each living room & 1 in the master bedroom), three Noiroit panel heaters (in winter) and 3 standing fans ( in summer) for each of the other three bedrooms and wood-burning combustion fireplace.

Leader Reef sleeps 8 guests. There are 1 king size bed, 2 queen sized beds and 2 long single beds that can be put together to make another king sized bed.

Children under 2 are free. A baby cot can be hired from a local business, Alpine Concierge. Our high chair can be available upon request.
