Villa WOW: 1 million dollar ocean + sunset view

A modern villa, in the mountains, overlooking Playa Coson. In a quiet place. With good quality king mattresses and good quality towels!

The villa is around 8 minutes distance from the center of town, where you will have shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars.
closest's beach is around 3 minutes drive, Playa Coson.

The villa is located in the mountains from Coson, a very quiet place. No street noise or noise from neighbors. Only nature.

All bedrooms are facing the ocean. In the mornings you wake up and enjoy the ocean view.

Our standard rates are for 11 guests. The villa is equipped for that number of persons.
Above 11 guests every person costs 30 USD extra per day per person.
IMPORTANT: every person extra above 11 needs to be approved by the management. Babies do not count. Children above 6 years old are counted as guests.

USE ELECTRICITY
is NOT included in the rental price. with check-in and checkout a picture will be taken of the counter. The difference in used kilowatts will be calculated at 15 pesos per used kilowatt, the going rate in Las Terrenas. You can pay that in cash at Luis when you leave. Average use around 10-15 USD a night.

The master suite is on the second floor. A large room with king-size bed, large private bathroom with bar between bathroom and bedroom, spacious shower and toilet, double doors which bring you to the terrace to for example enjoy a morning coffee and enjoy the fresh Caribbean breezes and oceanviews. Large walk-in closet with safe locker. Of course AC and fan here.

Then 4 almost identical bedrooms on the first floor. Each one a spacious private bathroom, king bed, safe locker and AC. All bedrooms open up to the huge terrace and pool area.

The Caribbean and outdoor and Villa WoW: like a small paradise. Many seating area's available, lounge corners, high tables, sun umbrella's, deck chairs, the swim-up bar next to the pool area. And everywhere ocean view and fresh breezes. Of course outdoor dining under a nice terrace. Of course large sized gas-bbq.

The kitchen (of course also oceanview!) with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! Comes with plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals, an oven, stove, wine cooler, extra-large fridge and large fridge (just in case).

The salon has a comfortable seating area in front of the flatscreen where Netflix is connected (7mb unlimited internet). In the bookcase a nice amount of books and also several family games.

Beaches like Playa Coson are at 4 minutes by car. Playa Bonita beach with restaurants and surfclubs is at 5 minutes by car. Center town Las Terrenas where 2 large supermarkets are, at 7 minutes by car. And of course many beachfront restaurants and shops.

The entire villa can be used except caretaker home and laundry. What you see on the pictures is what you get. A large 5 bedroom villa with a large pool (only for you and your family or friends) and a huge outdoor deck.

Our caretaker has its own private space. Directly next to the entrance parking. He is living there.
the laundry, next to caretaker home, is also not available for the guests. Areli, the maid, manages this space. The laundry has a washer and dryer. Areli will do your personal laundry if you like at 10 usd per cicle 9washing drying).
She comes every fay but not on Sundays.

CLEANING is included in the price.
Areli, the maid, does housekeeping. Not on Sundays. If you want here to cook or work later, you can arrange that directly with here. She cleans, assists in breakfast, does laundry and washing for you (against 10 usd per cycle) she manages the laundry. Can not be used by the guests).
Fulltime caretaker lives onsite, next to the laundry in front of the parking area. He in fact is there all the time, cleaning up the pool as well.
Areili, the maid, She will also prepare for breakfast. Groceries need to be bought yourself. 2 large grocery stores (SuperPola and Lindo, a french one) are in center town at 8 minutes drive by car. There is also delivery with the app "Komida".

*Access: the villa is around 750 meters (1/2 mile) from the main asphalted road. This road is a combination from hard sand and concrete. Advice is to use a 4x4 or minimum front wheel traction.
*Parties / events / weddings allowed but ONLY after confirmation from what type of party or event.
*Parties / events / weddings where guests are invited in the daytime only allowed after approval from us.
*Professional video/photo shooting ONLY allowed after confirmation from us.
*If you bring a dog, please contact me first. We are flexible.
*The pool has NO special pool protection. Be always careful and leave kids NEVER unattended next to the pool.
*There is a caretaker (Luis) living full time just in front of the property.
*Maximum persons allowed in the villa is 11. Adults + kids. More? Ask!
*Rental day price is without electricity.

The villa is located on the "Lomas de Coson / Mountains from Coson". A mountain range in front of Playa Coson and several minutes from center town Las Terrenas. Very advisable is a 4x4 car to go up in the mountains.

In that same area are several large villas located. But very private. This is not a gated community.

4x4 is advisable. When road is wet, a rear wheel-drive can slip. Front wheel driven car is possible. But as told 4x4 advisable.

For this villa, you will need to have a car. To go up but also to do shopping or go to the beaches. Everything is close but not within walking distance.

Villa has inverter backup system. In case there is a blackout AC's are not working.
