Modern apartment in lively neighborhood near shopping and public transport

Nice little modern apartment from 2007 in a great neighborhood, very close to Valby Langgade with cosy cafés and right in Spinderiet, which is a sort of "mall". Most of Spinderiet is outdoor with roof covering. There are about 50 cafes, restaurants, shops and a couple of supermarkets.

The mall area is directly connected which is also where Valby Station is, where an S train which can take you to central station in 7 minutes or to city center (Nørreport) in 11 minutes.

There is an elevator in the building.

Despite being on the 1st floor, the apartment has direct access to the yard which makes it very easy to get fresh air without climbing stairs.

There are 3 bed rooms in the apartment and a living room with kitchen. The master bed room has a double bed. Another bed room has a normal bed and finally the last little room has a couch that can be converted to a bed.

The furniture in the apartment is different from the ones showed on the photos.
