Absolutely beautiful home with a relaxed Bali vibe. So comfortable and well equipped. The garden and outdoor space was a dream. Excellent host.Would definitely return.

The house speaks for itself - absolutely stunning. Was more than enough room for us and our two kids. Communication was excellent with the hosts , I did ask a few annoying questions days out from our arrival and Amanda replied quickly and professionally. Best was we arrived in Byron two hours earlier and Amanda and her team graciously allowed us to check in early. Stunning house , amazing location.

Wonderful

A beautiful house and location. The kitchen has everything you need to make gourmet meals and to hear the ocean as I fell asleep was bliss. Loved it so much I’m going back next year for my birthday. Lovely host and their attention to detail is five stars, thank you

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House. It was great that our dog could come and enjoy with us. There is so much space and the kitchen is very well equipped with all that you would need. The beds were very comfortable and it was great that I was contacted to see how I would like the rooms/beds configured. All in all it was a great little getaway.

Hidden oasis

The house is pure luxury with unique bathroom features. We loved the outdoor living areas: the circular day beds with lighting, the deck and then the private access to a secluded beach, away from the main crowd at Byron Bay. We can't imagine there would be a better place to stay in the Byron Bay area.

Great escape

Amazing place with everything provided, including mountain bikes and surf boards. Nice open space home that will transport you away from daily stress. Private path to beach and Byron Bay is 10 minutes away by car.

Luxurious stay

The property is beautiful, comfortable inside and out. The pictures and information online reflected everything that is there. The kitchen was appointed beautifully and outdoor deck, peaceful, providing a lovely family table for meals. The lawns and gardens are a picture.

Right on the beach

A lovely private location with a fabulous kitchen and outdoor dining area. Very luxurious. A two minute walk across the dunes to one of the best beaches on the east coast. Out of the hustle of Byron but close enough to get there for brunch or a good dinner. Go to Harvest at Newrybar for dinner or lunch.

Family reunion

Gorgeous home. Exquisite windows and lighting and gardens. Fab outdoor covered dining spot with grill. 2 min walk to unbelievable beach/surfing. Trip not complete without doing the short hike up and around the point with views of beaches on the other side.

Hidden Treasure

We really loved our stay in this beautiful property . Set in the secluded location of Broken Head, I loved the fact that it was only a few steps to the sand to go for a surf and swim. The house has spacious living area that is luxurious yet relaxed. Large and excellent kitchen , and beautiful bedrooms Above all it's the serenity that sets this place apart as it's seems to be engulfed but it's own private rain forest. It is a place that has created very special memories for us, and cannot wait for our next stay.

Perfect for our family reunion

This house was the perfect addition for our family reunion. We booked it together with the bungalow and another large house next door. It had dreamy bathrooms and plenty of private spaces as well as a fantastic fully enclosed yard for our fur baby. Lovely outdoor spaces (with a heater for the chilly nights) and great kitchen. Lovely place to escape the family function next door and provided quality accommodation of everyone. Very tranquil and roomy. I particularly loved the outdoor areas and the master bathroom. We had four of us (don't worry most were children) in it at one stage and they loved the water coming out of the roof.

Great location

Very cold as air con not working. We were supplied 2 heaters. Checked in on Monday out on Friday. By Wednesday morning the property was comfortable and not cold. Did have a smell, (moisture) we purchased a few masking aromas eventually all was ok. Definitely overpriced for the quality of the property, as one larger available as we left for 1/4 less than we paid and more bedrooms and living space. Must say great location. Would I stay again, yes if the property was maintained.

Upon thorough inspection, we have found that the air conditioning is in perfect working order. Additionally, we have had no other complaints regarding this issue. We believe the extreme cold snap NSW experienced during your stay may have contributed to your discomfort. We have also rechecked the house and found no evidence of any smell. Our property is maintained and cleaned to the highest standards to ensure the comfort of our guests. Our property offers a beachfront location, luxury high-end amenities, a heated pool, and a sprawling manicured lawn, which we believe makes us very competitively priced. Safe travels Amanda

Nice but overpriced

we stayed at Pavilion 7 for 4 nights. property layout and design is beautiful with lush green tropical backyard with beach beds outdoor dining table perfect for outdoor breakfast. Beds and linens were all great. Property had few maintenance issues that we would not expect from a costly property. Tap/faucet on washbasin in family bathroom has a loose lever and tends to fall by itself. Shape of washbasin is very odd/shallow and impractical. Spout of the faucet is not long enough and you can’t wash your hands without continually hitting the back wall of the washbasin. All bottle/dispensers of bodywash etc had a very cheap dispenser/plunger on them and once pumped down, it does not retrieve back and you have to manually pull it out to pump again - very annoying and super cheap. Some of the windows had broken levers and missing slats. We came across a cockroach running inside the house and a lizard on wall.

The property is regularly serviced by a professional pest maintenance company, due to bordering the national park and being surrounded by sub-tropical forest insects may come in if the doors are left open. Family retreat

Very comfortable and well-equipped property with a large tropical garden. Well located out of the noise but close to the beach. Perfect for a relaxing week with family of all ages.

Stunning property

Our family had an amazing week at the Beach house, beautiful home fitted out with lovely furniture and a great kitchen. Our kids and dogs loved the yard and only a short stroll to the beach. Have already booked our next stay! Amanda was an amazing host also, highly recommended.
