Florida Fabulous 2 bedroom condo with great location near Fort Myers Beach

We have decorated this second floor two bedroom condo to create a welcoming environment for your extended stay in the warm Florida climate. The location of the Lucaya community makes it easy to reach all Fort Myers attractions, most importantly the wonderful Florida beaches. Private yet conveniently located, the community includes many amenities including a heated pool, exercise facilities, and a tropical clubhouse.

The floor plan of this condo includes approximately 1600 Square feet of well appointed living space.

During the period of January through April we prefer multi month rental arrangements; however, we will consider single month rental arrangements. For all other open months, we are open to single month rental arrangements.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom suite includes a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom plus spacious his and hers walk-in closets. This space creates a relaxing retreat and enjoyable spot to prepare for the day. The space includes a large dresser, mirror, bedside table and lamps. Additionally, the ceiling fan creates a comfortable sleeping environment.

Our maid service will have comfortable linens on the king sized bed ready for your arrival. The en-suite bathroom with double sink will amply supplied with linens for your stay.

GUEST BEDROOM AND BATHROOM

The guest bedroom includes a King sized bed two night stands, a large dresser and a spacious closet. Right next door to the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom with a combination tub/shower and ample towels for our guests.

DEN

Our den includes a queen sized sleeper sofa and desk. This room can be used as a third bedroom or simply for a cozy place to relax with a good book . WiFi is also provided.

KITCHEN

The spacious kitchen including granite countertops is fully equipped to prepare your own gourmet meals. There is plenty of storage space for the provided plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We have also included a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and wine glasses.

LIVING ROOM

This relaxing space offers entertainment and a restful sitting area. We have provided a television with cable a top a stylish wine storage area. A couch love-seat and chair provide a comfortable seating area in front of the TV.

LANAI

Through a full wall of sliding glass doors in the living room is access to the covered screened in lanai. A table and four chairs allows you to enjoy the outdoors without having to be fully exposed to the elements.

LOCATION

Our condo is conveniently located directly across the street from the clubhouse, exercise, and pool areas. Palm trees and outdoor grill complete the available amenities.

Lucaya is conveniently located close to local beaches and Sanibel Island; local golfing, shopping, medical facilities, restaurants, and entertainment complete the experience. Come experience your Florida get away at this amazing location.

Our association rules require all guests to sign onto a tenant evaluation website and complete all required questions. There is a $100 fee that may be paid via credit card on the website. This fee is not included in the quote that you will receive form the website. This is the only charge not included in the quote you will receive from the VRBO Website.
