Experience a relaxing family vacation in this beautifully updated, first-floor oceanfront unit, where you’ll enjoy gorgeous beach views from the balcony, master bedroom, and family room. With a prime location just one flight of stairs up, convenience meets comfort, and the beach is right outside your door.

• True Oceanfront Property: Enjoy panoramic ocean views right from your balcony, master bedroom, and family room!
• Unit completely gutted and redone in 2022! Tastefully decorated!
• First Floor Unit: Easy access, just 1 flight of stairs up—no elevator.
• Sunday to Sunday Rentals for peak season bookings. 7 day minimum June, July, Aug ~ 3 day minimum off season ~ 4 day minimum for holiday weekends off season.
• Security Camera: One security camera is located outside at the front door to monitor occupancy and ensure the no-pet rule is followed. No cameras inside the unit. The camera may or may not be active during your stay.

Important Policies & Details:
• Non-Smoking Unit: This includes e-cigarettes and vaping—no exceptions, even on the balcony.
• Rental Agreement: Must include the names of everyone staying in the unit, along with ID copies for all adults over 18.
• Credit Card Fees: Credit card fees are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled.

What We Provide:
*Paper Products: Paper towels (extra rolls in pantry closet), toilet paper (extra rolls in both bathrooms), tissues (extra boxes in pantry closet), paper plates, plastic baggies of assorted sizes, aluminum foil, plastic wrap.

*Beverages: A variety of K-cup flavors, various sugars, tea, creamers, honey sticks.

*Laundry & Cleaning: Laundry detergent (container of pods), fabric softener, dryer sheets, spray-n-wash, dish detergent, trash bags.

*Personal Care: Q-tips, cotton pads, makeup wipes

*Linens & Towels: Bed linens, bath/hand washcloths (2 per person), extra pillows/blankets, makeup towels, hair towels.

*Extras: Sheets for the sofa bed (located in master closet), beach towels (in pantry closet - to be washed and returned if used), RTIC cups (in pantry closet- to be washed and returned if used, cannot go in the dishwasher) Extra blankets and pillows throughout the unit

*Safety: Fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke detectors, first aid kit (located in master bath under sink).

The Space:

• Master Bedroom: King-size bed, smart TV (no cable), full size dresser with mirror, 2 nightstands with lamps, alarm clock with charging ports, wireless charger for phone/watch/airpods, sliding door to the balcony, desk with chair and printer. Ceiling fan.

• Master Bath: Walk-in shower, single sink, full-length mirror, blow dryer, small closet with hangers, and iron/ironing board.

• Second Bedroom (Nautical Room): Queen-size bed, full size dresser with mirror, 2 nightstands with USB outlets, smart TV with cable, blackout curtains, small closet with hangers. Extra pillows and blankets under the bed. Ceiling fan.

• Third Bedroom (Mermaid Room): Queen-size bed, dresser, smart TV (no cable), suitcase stand (due to limited closet space), blackout curtains, washer/dryer in the closet. Extra pillows and blankets under the bed. Ceiling fan.

• Living/Dining Room Combo: Sofa bed, smart 65” TV (no cable), DVD player, DVD's, 72" ceiling fan, a few games and puzzles, large picture window with amazing views. Dining table seats 6, with 2 extra seats at the island.

• Kitchen: Fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, sea glass backsplash, coffee/wine area, and extra seating at the island.

Kitchen Amenities:

*Appliances: Knife block, Ninja blender (sharp/removable blade - use with caution), crockpot (located above microwave), 4-slice toaster, hand mixer (located above the microwave)

*Cookware & Utensils: Pots, pans, tea kettle, mixing bowls, baking sheets, cutting boards, measuring cups and spoons, various small utensils, large silverware set, etc

*Dishware: Large set of dishes, glassware, wine & whiskey glasses, champagne glasses, coffee mugs, shot glasses

*Coffee Bar - Keurig machine plus regular coffee maker, multiple k-cups provided along with several sugar options, tea packet options, creamer packets, honey sticks, stirrers, disposable cups, napkins.

• Laundry: Stackable washer/dryer in the unit (Mermaid room closet).

• Linens & Utilities: Rentals include linens (sheets - beds will be made upon arrival), (towels - 2 per person of bath, hand, washcloth ~ also includes makeup towels and hair towels), Wi-Fi, and utilities. Beach towels are provided but must be washed and returned after use.

Downstairs Beach closet:

Located under the building behind the parking spot for the unit, key for it is hanging near the front door

Additional Info:
• Parking: One assigned space under the building plus 4 first-come-first-serve spots in front. No street parking is allowed. Please plan to bring one car, two at most.

• Pool: The building features a small lap pool, perfect for a relaxing dip. If you’re looking for a larger pool, check out Dolphin Cay 204.

• Grills: No grill on site. Guests can bring their own grill but must use it away from the building and not on the balcony. Everything must be cleaned up afterward, and nothing can be left outside.

• Area Attractions: Surfside Beach, SC, is known as the “family beach” with tons of shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and more. New Canopy Tent Law: Canopy tents are allowed again but must be spaced 10 feet apart and placed 8 feet from the dunes. These rules are being strictly enforced!
