Welcome to the Deep Forest Lodge in Branson Canyon. Our Lodge is sure to become the perfect home away from home for your large group.

The large open main floor living space-kitchen, dining room, and living room- is sure to be one of the many spots your group will gather:). Cook in our fully stocked kitchen and then enjoy a dinner or game night at our large 12 person dining room table. We also have seating for another 4 people at the kitchen island. The great room has two leather couches to enjoy the stone fireplace and a 55 inch LCD TV. Just off the great room is a screened-in deck to eat meals or enjoy the scenic views.

With even more space to spread out, a second open staircase takes you to the lower level where you will enter a recreation room and living room. It has comfortable seating with a 55 inch TV. Select free movies from Netflix and blue ray DVD player is available if you desire with many DVDs to choose from. There is also a counter height game table for your family to enjoy board games, puzzles, or card games with games for all age groups to play as well as an air hockey table for endless entertainment.

One of the most amazing features of this property is the lower level outdoor space! Enjoy the 6 person hot tub, fire pit area with built in seating, and Weber grill. This is the perfect place for relaxation, smores, and great conversation!

When it's time to rest, retreat to one the 6 bedrooms. The main level master suite has a king size bed with a bathroom that includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath. An open staircase leads to the upper level which has two bedrooms with king size beds. These two bedrooms share a full size bath. Two more bedrooms are located on the lower level. The first bedroom is a second master suite and has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a full bath. The other bedroom has bunk beds, twin/twin and twin/full with a full bath.

While outside, venture to the trail, and explore the creek. Our lodge is located in beautiful Branson Canyon. Guests may use the community clubhouse which has a pool table, media room, exercise room, outdoor playground, outdoor zero entry pool and splash pad (open May-September). The Community Clubhouse may be rented for large family or other events. Just let us know and we will send you the details and connect you with the right people. This is a great place to create great memories year after year.

*for you convenience PARKING for 2 cars designated directly in front of our home. Plenty of overflow parking throughout the Branson Canyon development. We usually park and carpool to the overflow.

Rental agreement and ID required at time of booking.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to
the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.

*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors in the condo. There is a $35 per night non refundable pet fee.
