Enjoy the Sound of Relaxation in our Beautiful Beachfront Villa

This two bedroom condo has all the amenities you need to make your stay in Isle of Palms one to remember! Our condo is family friendly only a short walk to both the pool and the beach. The condo is located on the first floor (one flight of steps to both the front door and the beach access path). The King Master Suite has a private bath with a walk in shower and second bedroom with two Queen beds and an attached full bath. The kitchen is fully functional with a fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, wine glasses, and a Keurig and regular coffee pot. The living room is comfy with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy a movie after a long day at the beach.

Wild Dunes is a gated, private resort with amenities for all ages. Spend the day relaxing by the pool, building sandcastles at the beach, perfecting your swing at the renowned golf course, playing tennis, or running and riding your bike on dedicated trails.

We prefer to book for five night minimum in the months of June, July, and August.

There are no pets or smoking allowed. Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is at 11am. Please email about specialty accommodations.

Weekend Wedding Stay

We needed somewhere to stay while in town for a family wedding. Owners were very easy to communicate with, the unit was quite & in a great location.

Nice condo on the beach

We had a nice time on Isle of Palms and Cindy is very attentive. The unit is extremely convenient to the pool, beach, golf courses and trails in Wild Dunes. The condo could be amazing with a little updating/decorating, but it's a nice place in a great location and will meet the needs of most.

Amazing Condo in an extraordinary neighborhood

This Condo is amazing. Beautifully decorated , everything you need iis provided, direct access to the beach. Plenty of Parking. Very Safe. Make sure you have your food before you go through the guard house at entry because it is a bit of a drive back into town But well worth it Will definitely be back to the area and to this Summerhouse Condo

Great location, a bit dated

Great location, a bit dated but functional. Kitchen well-stocked with basics. The living room seating is very worn and uncomfortable, otherwise, furniture is comfortable. The bathrooms smelled strongly of mildew, visable mildew on shower tile and shower head.

I had to reach out to the host to get specific instructions on entry. The absolute bare minimum of amenities. They did not even provide soap. The sheets did not fit on the primary bed. We had to make the bed ourselves. The bed was extremely flat and uncomfortable. There was hair stick in two of the the towels we used. Just overall attention to detail

Hi Shannon, we definately provide soap and other items to get guests started. Unfortunately i wish you had reached out as we could have easily addressed any issue you had as we leave our linnen closet open that has extra towels soap, and sheets in there but you did not communicate once with us after we sent welcome notes. Very nice property!

One tub and one sink drained pretty slowly. An easy thing for housekeeping to miss. Just passing this along to help. Everything else was fine. Would definitely recommend this place!

Ideal location

We enjoyed our stay in this location as the condo has a perfect view of the beach and right next to the pool. Due to being a ground level condo, you exit to the beach super easy without many stairs which was awesome! The owner is great with communication! We had a minor HVAC issue and the owner was prompt and solved quickly. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the extra items on hand (ie. Toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc) it was very helpful to be ready to go on arrival. We would absolutely stay here again. The location is ideal!

Condo experience

Wonderful location ! Condo is in major need of upgrades/update. Dust bunnies under the beds. So many things need cleaning. Linens need to be replaced. The address was wrong to find the condo. Had to drive around searching just to find out that address was posted wrong. All in all a major disappointment. Location was a saving grace.

Absolute worst guest i have ever had. Extremely rude, did not read the welcome notes which had address, wifi and other pertinent info. After not reading them they called and immediately started to scream at me. Would never rent to again and was very close to asking them to leave my property. Owners beware!

Fabulous beach rental

This condo was everything we wanted for our girlfriend getaway weekend - it was clean, comfortable, spacious, and steps from the beach and pool. I love first floor units for the ease and this did not disappoint. The location was a great compromise for us since it was an easy 30 minute drive to shops and restaurants in downtown Charleston where we spent a lovely Saturday afternoon. But we were more interested in relaxing on the beach and poolside so this fit the bill precisely. The condo was a great find and we were so happy to have found it. There was plenty of space and we appreciated having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The only suggestion we would make is to add a pizza cutter and pizza stone to the well stocked kitchen. For two moms on vacation we did not want to cook so a frozen pizza was in order! Thanks for a wonderful stay! We will return!

Mother Daughter Trip 2022

The property was amazing! Everything went great from experience at entry gate to host contact (very fast reply) on through check out. This condo is one of the best stocked I've stayed at. The view of ocean was beautiful from the balcony. It's nicely furnished, and everything worked! I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely quiet place. Thanks Robert!

Love the sunrise view

Positives: Great porch to watch sunrise, easy walk to beautiful beach, great coffee pot(no filters) Barest of basics provided. Negatives: Master bdrm bedding is shabby, dishes mis-matched, few towels provided, hair dryer is laughable (for a doll?),bathroom sink drain/stopper not functional, front door locking mechanism disassembled, parking challenging because of maintenance trucks at building. Basics like coffee table in living area, rug for cold tile floor in Master, functional corkscrew all missing. I hesitate to write a bad review because there are positive aspects, however, travelers have come to expect VRBO to meet or exceed the standards they have in their own homes. In this case the condo seemed to be clean & safe. Decor & furnishings were disappointing and need to be upgraded to current renters' expectations.

Debra, we're sorry we weren't up to your standards.. next time our advice to anywhere you are renting would be to call, text, or message us or whoever and we could have easily fixed or helped make your stay more comfortable rather than waiting until your review.

Birthday Getaway

My husband and I came down to celebrate my birthday at our favorite seafood restaurant. This condo was so nice! Perfect, quiet location! Very relaxing getaway! It was nice to be able to walk to the beach from the deck! The property owners made the check in process so easy! I will definitely keep this one on our list for future visits!
