You only need to walk to enjoy the beauty of Cameron’s Bight Beach. In addition, it is also close to Koonya Beach, positioned in the shortest point to back and front beach of Victoria. Around the villa there are several restaurants, coffee places and services for the body and soul

Family Holiday in Sorrento

We loved our stay.The hosts went the extra mile and we had a wonderful and relaxing multi-generational holiday.The accommodation was spacious and clean.The pool,spa and tennis court made us feel we were staying at a luxurious hotel. Can’t wait to go back soon!

Great location for a perfect getaway

Well situated between Sorrento and Blairgowrie close to the beach. The stairs will keep you fit but you can relax in the pool or entertain the kids on the tennis court. Plenty of plates and supplies so easy to just rock up and enjoy.

Plenty of space

Great location on a quiet street, close to the beach. I booked this lovely home as an early Christmas present for my Family. We had a lot of fun playing tennis and basket ball. The lounge has a nice big couch to sit around and play board games.

Comfortable, Clean & Good View

Very nice house, as the title suggests. Location was very good, a few minutes away from the beach and about 10 minutes away from the shopping strip/Woolies. Big driveway fits 4 cars, although be careful if you have a low car - it will most definitely scrape. Very clean house. Nothing to complain about with regard to hygiene, amenities or features. Coffee machine ready to use is always great. Tennis court was fresh & very fun to play on, although a little smaller than full size. The house sits high up so the top floor balcony gives a great view of surrounding flora and, at a distance, the ocean. Very nice to sit there and relax or take in the views of the area. Only really downside was the spa which did not seem to warm up quickly enough nor fully. However, this was not detrimental to the experience. Chris & Peggy are communicative and very nice, answering all questions very promptly. Would visit again!

Great house and location

We had a great stay at this property and would happily stay again. The heated pool and tennis court were fantastic and we spent much of the day outside enjoying them. The house is very close to the beach and in a quiet residential area and has a resort feel to it. Beautiful views from the deck off the main kitchen/living area and lovely private deck outside the 2 main bedrooms. Please note this house is not suitable for people who have trouble with stairs as there are many of them, and probably not good for toddlers/young children. The only negatives I would point out is that the outside areas need a good clean up eg cobwebs everywhere, the bunk beds are more suitable for younger kids (not fully grown teens or young adults), screens on windows and doors need repairs as does the sliding door off the main bedroom. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of plates, cutlery etc for large groups but could have done with some extra essentials like more chopping boards and sharp knives. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and were very quick to deal with an issue with the electric fence. Overall we really enjoyed our week and look forward to visiting again

Sorrento getaway

House is lovely, and hosts were great. However, the listing should be more specific. Listing states house sleeps 10 people. Should state 4 adults and 6 kids/teenagers. Two of the rooms have double bunks. Unfortunately, these bunks are not full single bed size (unsuitable for adults 170cm or taller). The tennis court is 3/4 size, not full size. The house also requires some maintenance (most internal and external doors don't open or close, and flyscreens throughout the house are torn). These are minor issues but need to be addressed. The living area is lovely! Great kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. Finally, as mentioned in other reviews, there are LOTS of stairs. Parking on the property accommodates 2 cars only. You will then trek up a stepped pathway, then up multiple (steep) timber stairs to get to the front door. If it's raining - good luck. House is on 3 levels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we just wish there had been some honest reviews about the property, or in hindsight, we should have asked more questions.

Swimming pool is not usable in winter

We chose this property for the heated pool. Except the pool heated wasn't working. The owner claimed he sent a service man to repair on our second day and I asked him to message me feedback of what the problem is once the service man is done. I haven't received any msg afterwards which was disappointing. This house is only suitable for fit people as it involves alot of stairs climbing to reach the living area on the 3rd floor. A total of 5 flight cases from car park. The timber ones are very dangerous specially if the weather is wet. Some simple anti-slip tapes on each step edge would help alot. Many of the light bulbs in the house and the BBQ area didn't work. Mattresses in the main and queen room were very comfortable. Enough blankets and pillows and towels Kitchen was complete with all plates untesils and pots House heater was very comfortable Smart tv was good Cleaners have done a good job Carpet is clean. Steep gate entrance that would scratch your car underbody if you don't drive a a UTE or SUV The house does not have a bathtub.

Hi Waseem, your review is very disappointing, especially as we always try to provide our guests with the best possible experience. Unfortunately the pool heater motor burnt out during your stay. We sent our a technician who could not fix it and it has since been replaced.

Awesome location & excellent facilities

We had a fantastic time at this property. Spent hours on the tennis court hitting the ball & playing basketball, kids had a splash in the pool & the dog loved running around after everyone. Great location 450m from Kooya General Store for morning coffee, and only a couple of minutes walk to the off-leash beach. House needs some TLC, but being pet-friendly makes up for it! Beware the smaller bunk room is very small (just fits the bunk bed), and lots of stairs to keep you fit... great view at the top though! Chris was great to deal with and very responsive.

Beautiful property, even more beautiful owners

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. House would be perfect for 2 families with kids. Views from the balcony were just beautiful overlooking the pool and Tennis court. The owners were just beautiful and easy to deal with and will definitely be staying again at this property. The only downfall of the property would be not having some kind of cover on the downstairs balcony/bbq area as it was raining on our stay and we originally planned to have a bbq however would be a perfect place to stay in the Summer. Big thankyou to Chris and Peggy for allowing us a stay in your home.

Nice getaway

Home was very nice and well presented, it is larger than we expected and can comfortably fit two families. It looks just as advertised and has plenty of linens, towels, and kitchenware provided. We were also able to bring along our dog. Communication with the owners was very fast and pleasant We were very disappointed that the pool was clearly not cleaned before our arrival and we were unable to use it due to the water being so dirty. I was expecting it to be cleaned and ready to use as it is advertised in the listing. The fridge was also not working when we arrived, however the owners offered to have it quickly repaired once this issue was raised. The property could definitely use a deep clean by a professional cleaner but overall we had a nice stay and would recommend the property to others
