Thank you for your review, Chris. We're so pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. We appreciate you bringing the door lock issue to our attention. We discovered that a small pin in the locking mechanism had unexpectedly come loose, and it has now been repaired. Guest safety and security are very important to us, and we're grateful for your feedback. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you for your review and for choosing to stay with us. We're so pleased you found the cottage clean, comfortable and well equipped, and that you enjoyed the convenient location. We sincerely apologise for the temporary internet and Netflix issues you experienced during your stay. even though as you know i worked hard with Telstra to fix the issue. At least we got the internet working, but not the Netflix . Unfortunately, this coincided with an unexpected NBN service change that was outside of our control. We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve it, and we're pleased to let future guests know that the issue has now been fully resolved. Thank you also for your feedback regarding the microwave position. We value all guest feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience we offer. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.
