Como House offers superior B&B accommodation in luxury apartment style with your own private entrance, free parking and Wi-Fi. This spacious room has a king size bed, study/breakfast table, TV/DVD, and leather couches.

Your own kitchenette contains a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle and sink and a fresh continental breakfast is complimentary each day. The kitchenette is available at any time for refreshments.

The bathroom has all the essentials, a hair dryer and soft fluffy towels to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
In the interests of all guests, our premises are all non-smoking.

Como is the perfect location for visitors to Perth for the Theatre, Fringe Festival, medical appointments and all sporting events, business or vacation. Curtin University, Technology Park, Hockey stadium, Collier Golf Course, and Penrhos College are just around the corner. It offers easy access to the Port of Fremantle for connecting with cruise ships, Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, Perth Arena for concerts and sporting events, Optus Stadium, Crown Casino and Perth airports.
Within walking distance is The Como Hotel and local shops, the art deco style Cygnet Cinema, and Como Beach with both walking and cycling paths along the picturesque Swan River.

Perth Airport is 17km away, so easy for a stopover.
The "must see" Kings Park is a short drive and the beautiful Swan Valley with its great selection of wineries, breweries and boutique food and produce outlets is only 20km.
Collier Public Golf Course is 1km and Royal Perth Golf Club and Perth Zoo with all its attractions is only 2.8 km.
If you prefer public transport, there are 2 bus routes nearby offering frequent bus services to Perth and Fremantle with its harbour and a multitude of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and Taverns. Garden City Shopping Centre is easily accessible by bus. Also nearby is Canning Bridge train station offering transport to Perth and seaside Mandurah.

The location is perfect for visitors who wish to connect to cruise ships in Fremantle.

Kate & David are lovely hosts very caring & friendly Kate gave us lots of options for places of interest, the bus stop is very close so getting into Perth is easy, lots restaurants within walking distance or a short drive, the room is lovely with comfortable bed very quiet area we would definitely recommend to stay here

Excellent Stay

Kate was an excellent hostess and the accommodation was lovely. We would gladly stay there again. The" extra" touches such as special coffee, fresh bread and delicious marmalade made for a very pleasant experience.

The keys to the best stays - comfortable beds, a great shower, spacious rooms and amazing hospitality ALL were found at Como House! The hosts Kate and David were so responsive to our every need and provided helpful suggestions for navigating around Perth. Breakfast every morning with fresh bread, juice, milk, cereal, yogurt and granola was an added touch to an already great experience. The picture on the VRBO website does not do Como House justice as the place is so much more spacious than you expect. We said that this was the best VRBO we had ever stayed in across our 50 years of marriage.

What a great place!

I loved my stay at this Como location. Kate and David were the perfect hosts, friendly but unobtrusive. The cereal and milk, the OJ, the fresh bread were all unexpected bonuses and the home made muffin was lovely too. If I'm in Perth again, I'll definitely look to book here again :)

Comfortable, Clean and Perfect Location

The property is spacious and is equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfortable and linen luxurious. Continental breakfast was fresh and ample. Kate was friendly and informative regarding local attractions, and the welcoming hime.baked muffins were a tasty bonus. The location was perfect for us, with bus stop close by and just a short journey into South Perth.

Lovely, just lovely

Would highly recommend Como House as a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay. The location was quiet yet convenient with shops and restaurants only a short drive away. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast including sour dough, muffins and homemade jams prepared by Kate was absolutely delicious and well presented. The apartment suited our needs with additional guests coming and going on different days which was not an issue for our hosts or our back pocket. A lovely place to stay to start off our first trip to WA.

Superb stay with an amazing host!

Kate is such a lovely and warm host. Both my mum and I enjoyed the stay thoroughly and felt really welcome in Perth! The property is well maintained and clean. Good breakfast spread with a variety of coffee and tea selection. Especially enjoyed all the types of tea Kate has provided :) The area is peaceful yet extremely convenient with good food just down the road at Como Hotel, Pinto Thai; Great Coffee at Manic Espresso and easy access to public transport with the bus stop at less than 200 metres away.

Not what I expected

My precious experiences of B and B s weren't great , until now ! Como house blew me away, clean , professional, friendly. Breakfast was awesome every morning stayed a week with my 2 sons and they loved it . 10/10

Thoughtful host, lovely place.

Clean. Comfortable. Love the small touches. Yummy muffin and ferrero on arrival. Towel for baby even though she's not charged. Enjoyed the breakfast options. Only downside is the alarm keypad blue light is quite bright after lights out. Though on the second night we were already used to it.

Exceeding expectations!

My husband and I were very impressed and happy with Como house. The place was elegantly furnished and kept immaculate. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast at the nook by the bay window, with the morning sun filtering through the blinds. Host Kate and David were friendly and catered to our needs with many thoughtful touches. The location was actually quite convenient. It only took us a few minutes to walk to the bus stop to go to Fremantle and the city, where we can get around on the free CAT bus. We then rented a car to go on day trips. There was on site off street parking. We highly recommend the place to couples and families alike, as there are adjoining rooms too.

Love staying at Como House, great convenient location, clean tidy accommodation and very welcoming hosts. Much more enjoyable than Hotels and Units for us when visiting from our country home.
