Villa features breathtaking indoor and outdoor views of peaceful lake! Guests also have use of private dock (lot's of nice Bass waiting to be caught), 2 kayaks, beach & swim area with additional lakefront shaded rocker chairs and an outdoor shower at the base of the Villa. Large private balcony overlooks lake and includes gas grill, 2 zero-g recliners and 2 outdoor sofas and table for relaxing with a glass of wine while viewing the gorgeous sunsets! Close to Bok Tower Gardens (5 min), Legoland (15 min), Disney (40 min). New construction was purpose built for vacation rental and is stylishly furnished with all new furnishings and is located on Oak lined quiet residential street and adjacent to 2 mile paved walking/biking path encircling the the lake. Plenty of large windows on all sides bring in beautiful natural light during the day, while large slat blinds and LED dimmable built in lighting create plenty privacy and warm light during the evening. Each bedroom includes a queen bed with soft headboard, ceiling fan, USB ports built into the nightstands for charging, large wall mounted 4K Smart TV, black out curtains, and a walk in closet with plenty of shelving for smart storage. The two full baths include tile floors, quartz counters, fully tiled glass enclosed showers, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer, and all basic emergency amenities in case you forgot anything. Full kitchen includes all amenities such as Keurig Coffee Maker (we include the k-cups), teapot (and tea), toaster, beautiful built in lighting, all quartz countertops, glass windowed soft-close premium cabinetry, microwave, convection oven, premium cookware, basic spices and full size refrigerator with ice and water through the door. Laundry room contains full size washer and dryer as well as ironing board, detergents, and fabric softener. Large living area includes high top dining table for four, bamboo hardwood floors, large wall mounted 4K smart TV with premium sound bar, comfortable L-Shaped sofa with plenty of throw pillows and extra blankets, stylish decorations, Amazon Echo Music speaker, and 2 ceilings fans adjusted via remote control. Quiet central ducted air and heat with digital thermostat. Villa has two private entrances with electronic code locks for easy self check-in. Guests have private driveway parking for one vehicle. Hosts live in detached house next door and are available 24X7. Lake has a FREE public boat launch, so feel free to bring your own boat or jetskis and tie them up at the dock during your stay. Major shopping is a 3 minute drive away, everything you could possibly need (Walmart, Publix, Winn Dixie, Rural King) WEEKLY and MONTHLY DISCOUNTS

We were there for my brother’s wedding. It was conveniently located very close to the venue, and also to where other family members were staying. The place was very cute - very clean and just as pictured. The hosts were only a message away and were very responsive. I would definitely recommend.

Lake Wailes Villa

We had a great stay at this villa. It is right on the lake and has a beautiful view from the spacious deck. The house was immaculate, the kitchen has everything you need, nice bedrooms, bathrooms and showers. The bed was very comfortable. This is the best vrbo rental that we have stayed at. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful view!

Some friends and I were in town for a wedding we were in at Bella Cosa, which is about 10 minutes away. This was a perfect location for us! We loved the property and the location. Would be a great spot for a quiet get away! We didn't get to explore town much unfortunately.

Beautifully quiet

A beautiful and quiet get away. The apartment had plenty of room and everything one would need while out of town. Another bonus is the beds were VERY comfortable! So many places we have stayed have been great until we get into bed! Not here - a great nights sleep the whole trip. Also, the view was amazing - I wish we had more time to just kick back and enjoy the lakeside.

Holiday in Lake Wales

We have stayed in this property before and have already booked to come back again. Travis and Carrie are the perfect hosts. Always there if you need help but otherwise leave you to your own resources. The house is always clean and equipped with essential things for when you first arrive. If you like an amazing view and sensational sunsets, this is the place!

Relaxing quiet get away with great sunsets.

We were looking for a safe getaway during this Covid epidemic and decided on this location for several reasons. The living area is not shared with any other guests or the hosts. Private entry ways, and all the amenities you would need to cook and relax onsite. The house is on a lake with a private dock and kayaks you can use to cruise, or just fish off the pier. Bok Tower Gardens is a few miles away, and we went remaining only in the outer gardens and felt it was worth the visit. Thanks to the hosts, a lovely rental.

Lakeside Tranquility

This property was beautiful. It was super clean and had all the necessary extras that we required. The location was right on the lake. Wonderful place to sit on the beach or kayak. Also, a large outdoor lanai overlooking the lake. The view was also very nice from the living room. The owners were easy to work with and accommodated our early check in request. This apartment is on the second floor, so there are some steps to take. One thing that could be done differently- the pillows were flat and not to comfortable. Otherwise, no complaints. We will be back to this property again in the future.

Wonderful place!

This property was the perfect VRBO! So clean, so beautiful, and so spacious. We stayed here for a long weekend and it was so nice to be able to sit out on the deck and enjoy the space during the day/evenings. It was nice to have a bathroom for each couple. Beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen, laundry rooms, bathrooms, etc. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Lake Wales area!

Bad experience

They did not communicate well with me and was very rude. On the listing it said sleeps 8 but when I checked in and looked at their house rules it said you can only have 4 people staying in the place. Which surprised me. I’ve never encountered such a thing. I let them know the day we checked in I was not aware of this rule and never heard anything from them until about 3 days AFTER our check out date. They messaged me and told me it was presumptuous of me to assume I could bring my third child and parents. I was blown away when they told me that!! The strange thing is they were outside when we arrived there (speaking to a lady across the street) and saw us all get out of the vehicle and nothing was ever said. Also this is a apartment style home above their garage. Someone LIVES downstairs and the upstairs is the part they rent out. That was a little odd as it is not shown on the listing that way. It was just a really bad and strange experience. I should’ve known something was up when I found the place last minute and it was the last one left in lake wales. BEWARE!!!!!!

The property is listed clearly and was booked by you under reservation for 4 people. Two adults and two children. The listing and house rules are very distinct and readable. In your haste to book a place you must have confused listings. All information regarding check in was sent to you prior to your arrival. When you arrived I was outside and focused on answering questions to a stranger who stopped to ask about the rental for her granddaughter who would be doing residency at the local hospital. My attention was focused on her and the conversation. I saw 4 people in my peripheral and in good faith assumed the two women, one man and one child were the total as I was in a hurry to get my child to her soccer. The listing is advertise as a space above a garage. No one lives in the garage. We do use the space to run the logistical side of my husbands travel adventure company. We are sad that you have been dishonest in your review and in your numbers. You did not tell us you had 7 people (in a space that sleeps 4) until you had stayed with us for 2 days - information prompted only by our messages to read the house rules. We take great pride in our excellent reviews and maintaining an very clean space. After check out when I inquired about stains and wet carpeting, you insisted on pictures and were dismissive stating you did "no damage to the property and cleaned really well". You also told me that if we are serious about renting we should "invest in a good shampooer". We had to pull our listing and arrange to pay at our cost to have the carpets professionally cleaned - in addition to the 5 hours to clean the space following your departure. The blue carpets have damages of split liquids, orange brown stains in 3 foot wide areas, gummy candy smashed in (needing to be cut out in places), a brown caramel like substance both in the carpet and wiped along the side of the painted living room wall, and crystalized blue and pink candy - which you clarified as cotton candy - stuck and dried into the carpet and on the end tables of the living room and in other locations. This is merely one facet and there is not enough space to list other issues. Megan, in the over a hundred families we have hosted in this space using VRBO and other platforms in the last two years, never has a family left our carpet and space in such a poor condition. The parents we have hosted in the past clean up after their children. We do appreciate that you did replace the broken item, but your untruths and disregard for our space is disappointing to say the least. We can only hope you are more respectful of your next VRBO location should you choose to use them and follow their house rules.

A beautiful stay!!

Loved the split plan with equal bedrooms. Home beautifully done. Gorgeous lake view and even though next door to owner was very private. Thanks to the owners for the stay and experience.

A great stay

This s an amazing place, we celebrated our New Years Eve in this beautiful house with great satisfaction. Everything in the house is super clean and well arranged. The house is spacious for three of us, besides there are tons of kitchen/bathroom/laundry supplies. The beautify Lake Wales park is within walking distance and we have taken advantage to walk and jog there several times during our stay. x Travis, the host, is absolutely wonderful, he goes beyond and above. The stay in Travis's beautiful house is one of the highlights during our vacation in FL.

Perfect in every way!

We stayed 2 nights in the Sunset Villa and everything was perfect. Very modern villa with a beautiful view of the lake and the sunsets in the evening were stunning. The host was very nice!! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Will definitely recommend this to visiting family and friends!

Girls Getaway

Nicely decorated, very clean, great view of Lake Wales. Conveniently located. Quite a few stairs to get into the house. Deck faces west so we could not use until sun went down. Overall, I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again!

Peaceful Property

The house location couldn’t have been better. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood but yet handy to groceries, restaurants and attractions. The deck overlooks a beautiful lake where kayaks were provided for our use. The design of the house is the best we have experienced and everything felt (or actually is) brand new. Spotlessly clean! The owner hosts were available and very helpful during our stay. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return ourselves.
