Spacious & Relaxing just 4 blocks to Peace Park

I would love to host you again. Thank you so much for your positive feedback.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location, spaciousness, and comfortable beds. We appreciate your feedback about the bikes and apologize for any confusion—they are available but not stored directly at the condo, and we’ll make that clearer in the listing. We’d be delighted to host you again whenever you return to Hiroshima!

Thank you, Belen. Appreciate your nice feedback on my unit and my service. I am glad you had a good stay;-)))

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the unacceptable condition of the unit during your stay. Cleanliness and comfort are our top priorities, and we deeply regret that we fell short of your expectations. We immediately addressed these issues with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure this does not happen again. Your experience is not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We understand your decision to book elsewhere and regret the inconvenience caused. We hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in the future.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review! We’re really happy to hear that your family had a comfortable stay and that you enjoyed the beds, bedding, and cleanliness of the space. It means a lot to us that our communication and responsiveness stood out to you. We also appreciate you sharing your feedback about the dryer and the surrounding noise. While those factors are outside of our control, comments like yours help future guests know what to expect, and they help us continue improving where we can. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re glad the overall experience earned a 5/5 for you. You’re always welcome back, and we’d be happy to host your family again anytime!
