Upstairs bathroom with toilet.
1 x big 51" smart TV.
1 x stereo with connectivity to TV, DVD, radio, Ipod, Iphone and usb to TV.
Fully equipped kitchen - fridge, microwave, aldi coffee pod machine.
Private patio with gas bbq, table and chairs.
Washing machine in laundry.
A downstairs toilet.
1 x garage to chuck the toys, surf & boogie boards, kayaks, scooters and bikes in.
1 x webber to smoke that fish.
An outside shower too!
BUT NO PETS ! sorry
Don't forget, you will need to BRING YOUR OWN BED LINIEN AND TOWELS.

The Muffin shop - Surfside Ave Mossy Point, great breaky and coffee.

Train St coffee shop - much the same thing.

Tomakin sports & social club - a great relaxed place for food drinks and entertainment for everybody .

Mogo Zoo & township - 5 minutes (by car) up Tomakin Rd.

The Broulee surf club - South Beach.

Moruya township - 10 min's south by car &
Batemans bay township - 15 min north by car.
