The street entry is via a side walk-way and there are no outdoor areas shared with guests from the house.

Smith St is a very quiet street with little through traffic. Victoria park is less than a block away and Lake Wendouree is 1km.

Easy access to shopping, hospitals and CBD with bus stop 50m away taking you direct to town centre in under 5 minutes. Or drive, cycle or walk the 2-3km to your central destination.
