Ocean Blvd Beach House - Family friendly 4 bedroom home with Games Room

Ideally suited to families this fantastic 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house is in an absolute prime location, just a short walk to the beach ! In just a few minutes you can take the cliff top walk to the Jan Juc beach hotel, shops and Swell Cafe - famous for its fabulous coffee and egg & bacon breakfast toasties. The property is situated right between Jan Juc Beach and Bells Beach - you choose your own adventure. A very short walk to Bob Pettit Reserve where you can enjoy the playground, BBQ area, cricket /football oval, basketball courts and skate park on non beach days.

Accommodating up to 10 people (a large family or two small families), this double storey property has 2 living areas, 3 outdoor decks with the main deck having a BBQ and outdoor seating. There are 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom and second bedroom are upstairs and the third and fourth bedroom downstairs. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom a double bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have a double and single bunk combination in both.

There is an awesome games room which includes a table tennis table, a pool table, a couch and fridge.

The kitchen is equipped with all the items you need to enjoy your stay. Bathrooms are clean and modern with a large bath in the main bathroom.

An outdoor shower with hot and cold water allows you to wash off the beach before entering the house.

With heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans in the upstairs living areas and bedrooms, you're ensured a comfortable stay all year round.

Extremely clean and well appointed home in a great location. Communication with Kerron was fanastatic and the games room was an added bonus. We were reluctant to leave to leave this beautiful house. We would definitely hope to stay again.

Brilliant Stay

The property was brilliant, Bedroom are all spacious and tidy, The kitchen is really well set up with anything you need in the cupboards and is bigger enough for a few people in it, the lounge is great and the games garage room is awesome loved the stay and would recommend it.

Great value, great property, great host.

Kerron was a lovely host who gave plenty of information and made sure our stay was comfortable. The house was incredibly clean with a large living area and can suit a large group. The games room was a lovely bonus also!

Exceptional

This house was exceptional. Very well equipped with absolutely everything anyone would need from pots, pans, containers and condiments. Plenty of room for all the family to chill plus the games room was wonderful for the big kids. Short drive to shops and beach. Kerron was great with communication. Hope to return again in future.

The Perfect Getaway

Our stay was fantastic. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and the games room was a huge hit. Kerron was fantastic, very organised, easy going and had thought of everything, which made our stay stress free and relaxing. The perfect holiday!

Fantastic getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this house, communication was great, house has everything you need and we really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. The house is in a great location within walking distance to Jan Juc shops and the beach, would highly recommend.

Great Family Home

My wife and I and 3 adult kids stayed for a week. We loved the house, close to beach, and games room was a hit on the cooler days. House had everything a family needs. Kerron fabulous communicator.

Great propery for a beach holiday

This was a really well equipped house only a short walk away from the Jan Juc clifftop walk and fantastic views. There were 4 good sized bedrooms with a lovely upstairs kitchen and living area with windows on 3 sides. The downstairs games room also got a big work out. Kerron was great with his communication - much appreciated.

Wonderful host and accommodation

Kerron was a wonderful host to deal with. She was accommodating, flexible and easily contactable. On arrival we had a minor electrical issue that got resolved right away and made sure we were informed and updated about the process from start to finish. The house was a real treat for the family. All the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were clean, spacious and the rampus room was a big hit for the younger ones! Location was a short 5 minute drive to the town shops and the beach was a walking distance. Just to top off our stay, we were also allowed to check in earlier and a later check out time as well. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thanks Kerron!

Great family stay

Great for a family holiday

This was a great place for a family holiday. Fully appointed kitchen, lots of nooks to read a book in peace and quiet and the games room was a hit with the family

Great house in great location

We were 2 families with 5 children and the house suited us perfectly. The kitchen had everything we could think of and much more, the bedrooms are spacious and very tasteful and the kids loved the game rooms. Beach is in walking distance, so are some cafes and shops. One can even walk along the cliff top walk to Torquay.

Beautifully presented holiday home in a great location

This holiday home was ideal for our extended family group. With ages ranging from 86 to 8, and two teenagers in-between, the house provided both privacy and space for our family. My teenage children enjoyed the downstairs games room, playing pool and table tennis during the rainy weather, while the older members of the family enjoyed the peace and quiet of the upstairs living room with its comfortable furnishings. The house is beautifully presented. The kitchen is excellent and is well equipped. It was a home away from home for all.

Fantastic property

Very well presented house - we particularly loved the games room! The kids had a ball. We loved the close proximity to the beach, walking tracks and jan juc local shops. Would highly recommend this property and the owner was very accommodating.

Fabulous Property

Everything about this property is excellent. Perfect location close to the cliff top track to Bells and Torquay, walking distance to the Jan Juc shops and park with playground. Plenty of entertainment options on non-beach days within a very high quality well presented house.

Great house!

Really enjoyed staying here during September school holidays. Very clean and great that it's new, it even smells new. Games room was a hit with the kids and the adults. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband’s family has always holidays on the Great Ocean Road and as a teen this is where he learned to surf. Often with me watching from the sand. Well I said I was watching, but I was usually reading my latest magazine instead.
This is one of the reasons we love Jan Juc. It’s also a lovely and quiet community. Walking distance to the beach, including Bells Beach, and local food and drinks.

Our games room is very popular and as the weather can sometimes not be very ‘beach friendly’, the games room is a fun spot to gather and create some friendly competition.
